My 1st time I went for lunch, I asked if they had chicken cheese steak sandwich’s the cashier said yes that’s what I ordered, the combo. When I got back to work I had a steak and cheese. I don’t eat beef, I called and the cashier very nice told me to come back and I would be given the chicken cheese steak. I went back the next day for lunch picked up and returned to my office. I told them no green peppers it was loaded with green peppers. I asked that my onions be fried. I had piles of red onion not fried. I asked for lettuce… there was no lettuce. For the price I was very disappointed both times. I will not go back.

Very nice gluten free sandwiches and pizza, are here multiple times without any allergic reactions later on.
Recommend the steak n cheese sandwiches.

I don't leave many reviews, but Bozzelli's (specifically the Vermont Ave location) is worth it. I travel to DC semi-regularly, and I've been to Bozzelli's for a chicken parm sandwich and lemon cake three times...should tell you something, considering the many other food options in the area. Food's great, and service is about as friendly as I've experienced. If you're looking for something quick, affordable, and delicious around Dupont Circle, this is the place.

I’ve been doing Uber and DoorDash for over 3 years now, and I’ve never picked up an order from this restaurant on time. Whether it's just one sandwich or 10 pizzas, it doesn't matter—they never have it ready on time. They always say, "it's coming," but when the driver walks in, they’re just starting to make the order. I think they delay processing the orders because I always arrive at the scheduled pick-up time and end up waiting an extra 10-15 minutes. When I check the receipt on the order, it shows that the food should have been ready much earlier, but they only start preparing it late.
Because of this, there are always orders left inside that drivers don’t want to pick up, as everyone knows they never prepare things on time. That’s why I’ve decided not to accept any more orders from this place. And to my fellow drivers reading this, if you don’t want to waste your time, avoid this restaurant too.

I came in to my favorite pizza spot today and I am VERY DISAPPOINTED that the wings are no longer on the menu! Whoever the owner is of this store needs to take away the breakfast and bring back the WINGS. THE BOOM WINGS ARE THE BEST THING ON THE MENU BESIDES THE MOMS SOCCER PIZZA.. PLEASE BRING THE WINGS BACK??

This place is super amazing. Never been to DC so we came to explore and our parking garage was close to this pizza place so we came and was blown away. Service was fantastic the employees seem to love their job and are super friendly, food prices are actually good. We got a 14 inch pizza, a salad and the meatball sandwich which I had the option to change my cheese for vegan cheese and the food was amazing, will eat here every time we come and feel like pizza or sandwiches.

I was visiting from out of town, used door dash and the driver couldn't find the Marriott marquis? I never recieved my pizza and the driver listed it as delivered? If your from out of town, I'd pass on this place. Good luck, glad I'm going home to where they actually get the food to you.

They have a gluten-free crust! I love the plant-based cheese. It tastes very delicious. My friend got a regular pizza, and he said it tasted amazing. I love that they have vegan options and pineapple as a topping! The customer service is phenomenal!
