Cute coffee shop in a hotel lobby, quite awful coffee. Latte had a stale shot that gave the entire beverage an overly bitter flavor. Cold brew was extremely acidic.

Mandatory tip on to go food. No. Prices are already higher than they should be. They even have a little sign with a long winded explanation on the fees. Just raise your prices... but then people wouldn't order as much... Only go here if you have a hotel credit.

You have to enter the Viceroy to get to BPM, as this coffee shop does not have its own independent street access. They have a fair assortment of food and drink. The best and most affordable way to sample is to reserve a grab bag on “Too Good To Go.” I was quite pleased with the pastries and the fruit salad.

This is a small coffee and breakfast spot inside Viceroy. The coffee is good but the breakfast burrito was, Wow!! Nice spice and very filling. Staff was smiling and friendly.

We loved this charming cafe - fresh, delicious bagels from "Call your mother", the smoked salmon, cream cheese and caper bagel was fantastic. The smoothies were unreal too, we tried the mango and green smoothies and both were so good, perfect texture and packed with flavour. We would certainly recommend trying this cafe whether you are staying in the hotel or just happen to be in the neighbourhood. Bonus: the staff are also really kind :)

It's insulting to have a mandatory tip added to the bill. Why do you even think you are entitled to 18%? It's up to the customer to decide, not you. And 7$ for a little Dorito bag (with a automatic tip!!), really?! What is wrong with you??

The fees are HILARIOUS! 25% between mandatory tipping and a different dumb oblique fee. On top of ridiculous prices. DO NOT COME spent $17 on TWO SMALL PASTERIES

I came here for breakfast. The food was meh relative to the price - my all American breakfast tasted like holiday inn breakfast, which isn’t awful but not worth what it costs. The atmosphere at breakfast was just dead. A staff member was vacuuming the floor near by - seriously? Those alone would have been 2-stars for me. But they also apply automatic gratuity but the check was not at all clear about it. It doesn’t itemize, and still asks you for tip. The fact is only mentioned as fine print on the menu. The predatory checks bug me, so 1 star.

Very expensive. I was surprised when my total came out to $32 for a cappuccino, a lemonade, a yogurt and a croissant.

Space is very nice but $5 for hot water and a tea bag is silly. That’s almost 2x as much as Starbucks.

The overall amenities and decor was outstanding. The hotel room was extremely cleaned and smelled great every day. The entire hotel staff was extremely friendly every day. The bathroom shower size was extremely large and top notch.
