I came here for breakfast. The food was meh relative to the price - my all American breakfast tasted like holiday inn breakfast, which isn’t awful but not worth what it costs. The atmosphere at breakfast was just dead. A staff member was vacuuming the floor near by - seriously? Those alone would have been 2-stars for me. But they also apply automatic gratuity but the check was not at all clear about it. It doesn’t itemize, and still asks you for tip. The fact is only mentioned as fine print on the menu. The predatory checks bug me, so 1 star.

The food is better than average for a hotel but VERY expensive. It's hard to pay $16 before tip for a watery smoothie when I can go a 2 minute walk to South Block and be blown away by their drinks and food. Coffee was pretty good. They are friendly and quick but I can't justify the prices when there's better value and taste so close by. (I tried the green meanie, beet smoothie, and avocado toast)

Very expensive. I was surprised when my total came out to $32 for a cappuccino, a lemonade, a yogurt and a croissant.

Space is very nice but $5 for hot water and a tea bag is silly. That’s almost 2x as much as Starbucks.

Just stopped by for lattes. Cute spot and no line/camera out fast. Wasn't the best latte/tasted a bit stale (??) but noticed a few vegan food options and didn't try enough to make a full evaluation.

The overall amenities and decor was outstanding. The hotel room was extremely cleaned and smelled great every day. The entire hotel staff was extremely friendly every day. The bathroom shower size was extremely large and top notch.

We had a very pleasant stay. This hotel is located is a pleasant street not far from the center of the city. The rooms are large, clean and well organized. There is a nice (but small and sometimes crowded )swimming pool on the top of the building. My only complains are 1/the 26$ +tax fee they charge per day for "amenities " which was a bad surprise. 2/ the windows do not provide a good insulation from outside noises (however the place is calm so it is not a big problem)

We had an amazing stay at the Viceroy! Everyone was friendly and professional and anticipated all of our needs. We were upgraded to a suite and were amazed by how spacious the room was! Definitely do not miss Dovetail—the menu has tons of local ingredients and everything was prepared beautifully by Chef James and his staff. I was excited to see that Teresa at the bar made a selection of zero-proof cocktails in addition to the regular cocktail menu. The rooftop pool was an unexpected bonus, and Brian at the pool bar was super friendly. We shared a hummus plate by the pool that was WAY above and beyond normal snack bar fare. I would definitely stay here again!

This was one of the most unique hotels i've ever stayed at! It's small and very bougie. Checkin was flawless, the room was eclectic, from the art to the amenities. GREAT bed and pillows . The shower (awesome!) and body wash, shampoo and conditioner were lovely! The food was delicious albeit pricey--to be expected in DC and location. Rooftop bar/pool was amazing. The whole vibe of the hotel is NOT what you would expect from the larger hotels in DC. Overall, i would most definitely stay there again!

First time at this hotel. Wonderful experience! The representative at the front desk, Far, made sure our our experience was great from the beginning. Overnight valet parking was easy. Cafe in lobby was great. Room was fantastic. Loved how easy it was to display apps on phone to room TV. Highly recommend.

Spent 7 days at the hotel with 2 kids. The hotel is conveniently located close to main attractions within walking distance. The roof top pool was a lifesaver when travelling with kids. The room we got was big and very clean. Very friendly and caring staff, in particular Gabi in the reception, Brian at the Roof top bar and our friend who is taking care of the parking.

We were very favorably treated by all the Hotel’s team including Maria and Gaby at the Reception and Jesus at the Food Hall…..The accommodations were quite pleasant and we hope to be able to visit again in the near future…. Congrats to all of you.

Boutique hotel with 5 star vibes. Room was amazing for the price. Not the cheapest place, but still great bang for the buck. Staff was so nice and accomodating!! Pool and bar on the roof was over the top, pun intended.

Great hotel. Perfect location right by the restaurants of 14th street, terrific service- everyone from the front desk to housekeeping. The restaurant downstairs was very good. We really liked our 1BR suite, very spacious and comfortable.
