It took a really long time for someone to greet me at the host stand to be sat though. Ended up sitting at the bar and the bartender was lovely. There were out of the signature cocktail I wanted so I pivoted and my drink was great. I ordered the butchers cut for dinner. It was a disappointing plate. The fat caps on the meat had not been properly rendered so parts of the meat were chewy and flabby. The rest of the meat was dry and under seasoned, and not even the sauce provided...
I celebrated my birthday and my experience was AMAZING!!! From the food, to the vibes, to the incredible service by Adam—I couldn’t have chosen a better place to celebrate my bday! I wish I could give 10 stars! I’ll definitely be back!
