The the care and detail they put into seasoning the chili is any indicator, you can't possibly go wrong with anything on their menu. The staff was fantastic, three separate positions touched base and ensured the meal was exactly what I wanted. Would make this a weekly spot is I lived nearby.
We needed a quick lunch after visiting Capitol Hill on a tour and wouldn't have known about it if our host hadnt mentioned it. It was close in proximity so we went. The menu is all pub food, it was decent and servings were a good size, there's indoor dining a bar and a patio but it's just a regular pub atmosphere. So decent food quick convenient but not overly exciting.
Nice, surprisingly large watering hole and restaurant in the shadow of the US Capitol. Excellent cocktails - I'm a fan of the President's Cocktail - and nice folks serving and working behind the bar. Appears to be rather popular with the folks from RNC HQ up the street - good place to hear some interesting conversations.
