Solid food and atmosphere but slow service. Ordered the Oriole with brisket, au jus, muenster, and dijonaise. Also had the Natitude with the thousand island. Both were good. Agree with other reviewers that bagels are on the small side but found them packed enough for breakfast.

I've had good service from you all before but the last time I ordered a lox bagel from you all to be delivered to me, it came with no cream cheese. This forced me to go to CVS for cream cheese afterward, and making getting the item delivered to me pointless. I was so upset. Please do better. If you all run out of an item that is supposed to be included, just cancel the order.

The food is okay if you're into sloppy bagels. The service not so great the staff don't pay attention to the customers' orders they're busy chit-chatting about personal matters and getting defensive about their mistakes.

I ordered a bagel with cream cheese and smoked salmon. The total came to about $11. When I bit into it, I realized there was only ONE sliver of smoked salmon on the entire bagel and the cream cheese was very grainy. I will never go back to this place. The amount of salmon they give you hardly justifies $11. Do better!

My BEC this morning really just made my day. You can tell the bagels are fresh & I absolutely loved the texture of them! The egg was just cooked perfectly & the bacon was thick cut & delicious. Will definitely be back!
