The white fish was a rare find and very good.

I would not be unhappy with a bagel from Bullfrog, but I wouldn’t find myself craving one of their bagels either. The bagels themselves are decent, with good toppings, and quick service, but I prefer Call Your Mother’s over these.

I stopped by Bullfrog Bagels and ordered the HAS bagel (hummus, avocado, sprouts) along with a bacon, egg, and cheese. The bagels themselves were fine, but mine wasn’t toasted, which made it fall a little flat. They offer a large variety of flavors which were decent, portions typical although it’s nothing standout. On the plus side, service was fast and the food came out quickly. Overall, an okay spot in a good location so good in a pinch, but not something I’d go out of my way for.

Sorry to say this bullfrog location is not up to snuff. Got a BEC on a bialy and the center of the bialy was missing, the egg was overcooked and only on half the sandwich, and the toppings were badly sliced and placed. A solid C+ bagelwich but I expect better from BB.

Bullfrog Bagels offers a mixed experience that unfortunately leans towards the disappointing. While the menu boasts a decent variety of options, the core product – the bagel itself – falls short. I found it to be rather dry and dense, lacking the fluffy interior and slightly chewy crust that makes a truly great bagel. Toasting is practically a necessity to salvage the texture. Adding to the less-than-stellar impression was the service, which I found to be subpar. It's a shame, as a good bagel shop can be a real gem, but Bullfrog Bagels still has some significant improvements to make.

Bagels are fine (better than typical around this area, but still a bit dry/dense). Charged $6 for 16 oz nitro cold brew, then they forgot to give it to me; when I go back to ask for it, they gave me a small cold brew even though I specified I had paid for a large. Just an overall slightly disappointing experience, but maybe it would be better on another day.

Excellent bagels, considering we are not in NY. Good location, with direct access to the Western Market shopping mall and food court. Few tables inside and outside in the mall. Good selection of breakfast-type snacks, in addition to the bagels and their relative spreads.

My biggest frustid that they regularly mess up orders and lack customer service.

Services is inconsistent depending who is working the counter. You may order something one time, come in the next time and the next person says "they don't do that".

Atmosphere is great, more of a rustic vibe.

Food is good when orders are correct and they are willing to make what you ask for but overall not worth the hassle and inconsistency.

Not a local to the area so just randomly walked in for breakfast and hands down it was the best bagel I’ve ever had! Will definitely be adding to my list of places to go back to when in the area! ?

This is a horrible bagel shop with bad customer service and downright bad bagels my bagel tastes like cardboard and is not even toasted. The cream cheese is all over the place around the outside of the bagel too and the vegetable cream cheese has next to no vegetables in it.

The worst bagel you can eat and cold coffee

Good boiled bagels (not the best, but I’m a New Yorker and they pass muster) for $2.5-5.5 + bagel sandwiches $6-12. GREAT location inside Western Market (❄️strong AC, plenty of seating options, ✅♿️ wheelchair accessible but bad bathrooms, great for groups). Scallion & chive cream cheese is DELISH

PRO TIP: Skip the sandwiches cuz they distract from the quality bagels & spreads. But if you must get a sandwich, the Corned beef & egg bagel sandwich ($9) is good and filling, HOWEVER you should order it with double cheese ?. And trust, it’ll need the ?️ hot sauce (don’t worry, they’ve got Cholula bottles + to-go hot sauce packets). They should really serve it with onion though cuz it’s lacking that extra somethin.

Prices are reasonable.

⚠️ ? Note to Management: Please ask Western Market’s management company to add trash bins inside the stalls of the restroom for sanitary products etc. And to fix the lock on the men’s accessible stall (it’s very difficult to open). Also, the bathroom doors are VERY heavy and NOT wheelchair friendly AT ALL.

Decent bagel with brisket and cheese, but the brisket was way too fatty. I don't mind meat marbled with a little fat, but this was wide sections of pure fat along the side of the brisket that should have been trimmed off first. I had to cut them off, leaving less meat than I should have gotten, so the value really fell. Flavor was great, just not worth it, and it was bit expensive to begin with.
