Our 12-day cured, 8-hour smoked signature pastrami is the definition of smoky, and fatty thinly-sliced deliciousness. Instructions-steam pastrami until warm through (less than a minute on medium heat). Put steamed, moist pastrami on a toasted bagel. You fill in the blank.

I would not be unhappy with a bagel from Bullfrog, but I wouldn’t find myself craving one of their bagels either. The bagels themselves are decent, with good toppings, and quick service, but I prefer Call Your Mother’s over these.

I stopped by Bullfrog Bagels and ordered the HAS bagel (hummus, avocado, sprouts) along with a bacon, egg, and cheese. The bagels themselves were fine, but mine wasn’t toasted, which made it fall a little flat. They offer a large variety of flavors which were decent, portions typical although it’s nothing standout. Bullfrog Bagels offers a mixed experience that unfortunately leans towards the disappointing. While the menu boasts a decent variety of options, the core product – the bagel itself – falls short. I found it to be rather dry and dense, lacking the fluffy interior and slightly chewy crust that makes a truly great bagel. Toasting is practically a necessity to salvage the texture.
