Waited in the drive thru longer than necessary when store was almost empty, the person who took my order seemed upset to begin with which people are allowed to have bad days but then i ordered an 8 piece and when I got home I had 4 sad nuggets in the box.

Breakfast hash browns were cold. The bacon on my breakfast croissant was not cooked completely. My Cini Mini's were hard. But its a fast food restaurant, i guess i shouldn't expect anything more than that. Damn!

SLOW SLOW SLOW. this is not a one time experience. They consistently take 10 minutes to get your order and up to 30 to get through the drive-through. They're often just standing around on their phones and do not put customer service first. Altogether, dont go if you don't have 30 minutes to waste for a burger and fries.

It's not even 5:20 and they already started closing down everything -- including the fountain drinks. There were 4 families dining in and 5 of us getting to go. While I understand it is a Friday night, they need to stop being lazy.

The only one working HARD is the individual on the left!

I usually don’t leave bad reviews, but I feel I need to speak up about the poor service I experienced at this Burger King.

When I visited, there were about five employees working and no one in line. I placed my order and waited over 15 minutes, yet nothing was brought out. When I went to check at the counter, staff acted as if my order had never been taken and admitted they had forgotten it completely.

Like many customers, I juggle work and family, and I don’t come here to waste time sitting around waiting to be acknowledged. Basic service — receiving the food you’ve already paid for — should not be too much to ask.

This location needs serious improvement in communication, accountability, and customer care.

Aggressively slow

The manager is so rude for no reason. She disrespects customers unprovoked. She should not be working on base, she shouldn’t be working in any customer service position period. The other employees don’t even like her. They will talk about her in front of the customers when she’s not there. I don’t expect high quality, fine restaurant-level customer service at a Burger King, but I also don’t want to be disrespected for no reason.

I stopped going to this BK because it wasn’t clean and the service was slow. I tried them again once they reopened hoping for a better experience.

I’m not sure why the wait is so long but I’ve had to back out of the drive thru line multiple times because I was waiting at least 5 minutes without anyone available to take my order. I figured the drive thru microphone or sensors weren’t working yet. The drive thru line was backup and not moving. I went inside to place my order. The line was long there as well. The prices on the menu didn’t match the prices that were rung up. This is the worst BK experience. It’s fast food it shouldn’t take 30 minutes to place an order and receive my food. The dining area was dirty. On the positive the food was good.

They are the slowest “fast” food place on base even before the reconstruction. They obviously have a manning issue, because it shouldn’t take 10 minutes at the drive through just to be asked what I want to order, there was one car ahead of me. The customer service is ok, but I only got my food and had to wait 5 more minutes for bottled orange juice because she didn’t read the order. Total time til I got my complete order was over 25 minutes, which is just crazy for a “fast” food place.

Not sure what all the negative reviews are about. The woman at the counter was extremely friendly, and the restaurant was quite clean. The drive through was closed, so i can’t comment on delays/ negative customer service at the drive through window. I’ll be back!
