I had a great meal at Burrito Brothers of Capitol Hill. The burrito was fresh, flavorful, and stuffed with plenty of ingredients, and the salsa added a nice spicy kick. The place has a laid-back, local vibe, and the staff were friendly and quick. Prices are fair, portions are generous, and everything tasted homemade.

I tried Burrito Brothers via Uber Eats. My vegetarian burrito was fine but the nachos were boring and minimalistic. Would not order here again.

Food wasn’t fresh or good at all. The ladies that cooked did NOT use gloves and the area wasn’t clean. What I pick was a shrimp burrito, I really could have done this at home.
The cost wasn’t worth worth it at all. Don’t waist your time or your cost at all.

Really good food, really fast. Wasn't quite Mexico authentic, but for DC it gets the job done. The wife loved the hot sauce, to me it tasted metallic, so call it a 4.5 star rating.

Complaint Regarding Discriminatory and Aggressive Behavior – August 17, 2025
To Whom It May Concern,
I am writing to formally file a complaint regarding an extremely disturbing experience I had at your Burrito Brothers location on August 17, 2025. When I arrived to pick up my order, I was met with clear discrimination and disrespect by two Spanish-speaking employees. One of them, named Jose, escalated the situation by screaming at me in an aggressive and threatening manner, creating an environment where I genuinely felt unsafe. His behavior was not only unprofessional but also crossed a line into intimidation. When I calmly asked to speak with a manager, Jose refused to provide any contact information or offer a resolution. I was shocked and disappointed by the blatant lack of customer service, accountability, and most importantly, basic human decency.
This kind of behavior is completely unacceptable and needs to be addressed immediately. I expect that appropriate disciplinary action will be taken, and that your company will take steps to ensure that no other customer has to go through something similar. I would appreciate a direct response regarding how this complaint is being handled. Please provide contact information for the store’s general manager or district manager so I can follow up further if needed. I truly believe they don’t like black people this all taking place at Capitol Hill location
