One of the best restaurants I've been to in my 34 years of life. Visited January 2017 and still remember my experience. The food was very delicious and generously portioned. My personal favorite dishes were the nachos and crab cakes. I remember that the service was excellent. We were seated in minutes, and it was still very busy. All and all I highly recommend this restaurant and I cannot wait to go back for all their great dishes/service

You are hosting a twice convicted pdfile on January 19th, you should be ashamed of yourselves.

Food was okay. Waiter was nice. Atmosphere not so great. Parking is difficult and is getting worse in Takoma Park.

I didn't care for most of the items on the menu. I ordered the falafel bowl. It was good and the greens fresh. No complaints about the service. We all drank coffee and the waiter kept refilling our cups without having to ask him.

My big complaint is the music, especially at lunchtime. The music wasn't too loud, but the genre of music with heavy rhythm was annoying. What's the excuse for rhythmic booming in the ears at lunchtime? At first we could hear each other okay, but as the restaurant filled up, it got noisy and it was hard hearing my friends.

Too many restaurants have loud music, and some have such loud music that it injures the ears. While the music at Busboys and Poets wasn't too loud, it was the wrong type of music for a lunch setting. I won't recommend the restaurant, but will go if I tag along with friends.

The Cubano was very tasty. Nice little place with of course a book theme. Books and variety of things for sale. Wait staff was great. Very accommodating (we had Xavier as our server). There's a separate area for large groups to reserve.

A casual restaurant located in a bookstore! I got the vegetarian nachos and I'm pretty sure it could've comfortably fed 2 people (I didn't eat for like a day after this)! Great value food and friendly wait staff. Service was a bit slow but it was a busy night!

Went to the Presidential Election Watch Party event. Happy hour all night was advertised in several places (for all locations). They did not honor the promotion and the manager said there was nothing they could do. Felt like a bait and switch.
