Great service. Menu with lots of options. My granddaughters loved their pancakes and fruit. We ate omlettes. They were large. Lots of options for sides. The foid was tasty. They have lots of vegan options and even a goat cheese option for those who are milk free. They had gluten-free options too.

Had a horrible experience here. Had an inexperienced hostess. Waited over an hour to be seated. Stayed within ten feet of host stand. She seated people that were behind us. Claimed that she called our name and since we didn’t respond, our name was taken off the list. As we were so close to the stand , there’s no way we would not have heard her. She was incredibly rude to us and there was no manager available to speak to. I absolutely would never go there again!!!!!!!!

First night in the city and I walked in 30min before closing. Service was impeccable. Wasn't planning on eating but I was encouraged by staff to sit and relax and enjoy. Got the salmon and it's probably the best I've had in a few years. The drinks were delicious. Definitely going to be my new favorite local spot.

I’m so sick of this restaurant. Hair in batter at the Hyattsville location, then I order from GrubHub, a Cobb salad at the Brookland location, and they left the whole chicken breast off the top! They had the audacity to give me a partial refund. How in the world do you leave the chicken off and that’s the main component of your salad! Called and spoke to the manager, but before that the hostess swore up and down that chicken does not come with it, and I didn’t order it. The manager got on the phone and apologize for her not being aware! What the heck is going on in these restaurants. I’m done. And I definitely need to call a Health inspector because Hair inside of the batter on my cauliflower, is diabolical.
Our burgers came out quickly and were tasty. My wife 's. Benedict took quite a while so they comped us a free dessert. Coffees and Hot cocoas were tasty. Great combination of bookstore, coffee shop, cocktails and food.

The strangest thing was the interaction with the restaurant manager, an arrogant, unprofessional man, he had no coherence in what he spoke, I don't know if he was on drugs or has mental problems. How can you have this kind of people from a reputable restaurant, correct that. excellent food very poor customer service.

I’ve ordered from this location multiple times and while the food is alright at best most times, this particular visit was actually appalling. Understand being busy, but to have to sit and wait 30 minutes past the expected order time to pick up an undercooked burger, only be talked to one time outside of saying, “I’m here for pickup” is actually insane.
