While the food and drinks were ok, the service is what this restaurant suffers from. Our waitress was very nice, but it took 10+ minutes just to have a waiter come up to us to ask for our order.

I don’t know what it is with this location but the hostess was really snarky as soon as we walked in. On the contrary our actual waitress was really nice but it took forever to get our order taken and give us water. The food wasn’t anything great. I did however like the ube latte.

This was a perfect place for my family between lunch and dinner. We were hungry but not starving (but needed to eat since we wouldn’t for a while!) and so we ordered a few appetizers and two kids meals. Reggie was awesome and we really loved the atmosphere! Highly recommend!

Really didn’t like this place. We were waiting 30 minutes for multiple coffees and eventually gave up and left. Walked across the street to Starbucks and got a latte in 90 seconds.
On top of that, two of the drinks they did make after 20+ minutes was obnoxiously hot. Couldn’t even hold them in your hand until we left, about 12 minutes later.

I went to Busboys and Poets for my adoption Dinner sponsored by Boeing. I'm a business student at Howard University and we have companies to do case studies for. I really liked the food. The atmosphere was amazing. I would definitely come here on my own or with family.

Food was delicious. The old bay rubbed wings are my new favorite!! We love the story behind the vision of the restaurant and loved the decor. Unfortunately or services was underwhelming during our visit Unfortunately. The restaurant was starting to get busy, but once our server woukd drop something off. He never came back by until the food or it was check time.
We will go back.
