Visiting from Miami, my brother brought me here to try their Brussels spouts. Well it was on a Thursday right a happy hour so I decided to try nearly everything on the happy hour menu. Everything was tasteful! Nice portions for two people! The atmosphere 10/10! What a beautifully decorated place. African American artists, art work and authors everywhere. If you are in the DC area, you must try and they have several locations.

I usually try to be patient when mistakes happen, but this was different. I placed an order through Uber Eats for myself and my coworkers, and my meal came missing the greens I paid extra for. When I called, instead of fixing the mistake, the employee blamed Uber Eats. She never apologized or attempted to resolve the issue.

I had to get in my car and drive there myself. When I arrived, the manager (wearing a cowgirl hat) showed no professionalism she didn’t give her name, didn’t apologize, and didn’t attempt to make things right.

As a company, we spend a lot of money here every year, but after this experience with such poor customer service from both staff and management this will be our last time.

Took forever for someone to even acknowledge us to take our order. We were sitting there for a good minute and the people that came in after us were acknowledged before us so we just left.. I will not be coming back that was very unprofessional.

I really loved this place. The atmosphere is really fun and friendly. Great music. I went twice, once to do work and the other time with a friend. Brussels hit both times and so did the mimosa. The Busboy burger was also good. Cooked nicely but I do feel like it needed a lil more seasoning. The vegan nachos were really good as well. I will definitely visit again

I recently relocated to DC & my mom came from Houston for the weekend. We’re very picky about food and service as we come from one of the most well-known cities for good food, and we were blown away! We came 2 days in a row and had catfish fingers, lamb meatballs, spicy chicken chorizo pasta, & wings. Everything was excellent and our drinks, made by Devin, were awesome as well. He had great service & was very knowledgeable about the drinks and menu. I’ll definitely be back soon!

Big up to Devin!!!! He made our first time visit AMAZING on top of the really good food! So good that we went back the very next day! We were hoping to see Devin again and chop it up but he wasnt there....However, we ran into him as soon as we walked out! This brother is a complete vibe, welcoming, funny, engaging and all around great! Thank you for the experience and we will see you again soon, and soon after that. The food and drinks were really good!
