I don’t have any major complaints about the service but the attitudes of most of the men there weren’t welcoming at all.

Our food came out quickly and our waitress was very attentive (woman with red braids). The vegan sandwich was a bit different than what I had at other locations. The bread was hard and/or stale and had the complete opposite taste of brioche. The vegan cheesecake was decadent and delicious.

I asked to get a photo with Santa before he set up and his attitude was horrendous. The male host in the front seemed annoyed. It was an odd experience. Overall, it wasn’t a very welcoming vibe and I wouldnt go to this location again. I added an additional star for the Christmas tree

To me there is an artsy/intellectual atmosphere which some (me) find stimulating. Am ambivalent about the service. The waitstaff are personable yet the wait for ordered items cam seem long even when it appears to not be extremely busy. I like to go Sunday's after church.

Went here on election night. It was not that crowded and the service was still terrible.

The waiter took forever to come bring our food/refill water/bring out condiments and the food runner gave our wings away.

I just decided to cancel several items I ordered because I knew I’d never get them.

I doubled up on drink orders as well because it took them forever to bring them out.

Clearly this place is mismanaged and/or lacks competent staff to bring out orders quickly. I also suspect carryout orders are prioritized over people dining in because we can’t have those door dashers upset, ugh.

Can’t say I didn’t try to support but y’all won’t see me here unless somebody else is paying. NOPE.

This was my first visit to this location. It was nice but there's only street parking so keep that in mind. I liked the decor and music playing. The food is always on point. I'm super excited to know they have vegan options on the menu. Those are always hard to find. However, most of those, for some reason, are not served until after 3 pm. One thing I wish could change is that they would offer more vegan selections for brunch and weekends without waiting until 3 pm. I would love to come for brunch and vibe with everyone else but still have vegan options, lol. Im willing to drive the 45-minutes one way for it.

Everything was great. Only thing that I don’t like was the entrance and exit for the ADA. The area has a small access and is cluttered.

I enjoyed happy hour. The specials were great and the drinks were magnificent. Drop in sometime.

Wheelchair accessibility: If you're getting dropped off, it's wheelchair accessible, & the parking is pretty good.

My favorite is the vegan BBQ sandwich, and it was definitely overcooked last time. I'm gonna have to test my food before I leave with carryout.

My husband and I went at about 1pm. Most of the dining room looked empty, and we wefe seated right away. We placed our orders, which included an order of chili and mashed potatoes for me.

Service was slow. My husband's order came, my mashed potatoes came... but there was no order of chili. Our server was nowhere to be seen. After about 25 minutes, a food runner came with the chili, and ssid it had been sitting "back there" for a while. I tested it - it was barely lukewarm. So I sent it back, wanting a hot bowl of chili. A reasonable expectation, I think. Meanwhile, my husband had started eating - we didn't want his meal to get cold, too.

My chili xidn't come out at all. After about another 20 minutes, the server came by, did a thumbs up, and said "everything OK?", and I told her no, I didn't have my food. She said "oh, it didn't come out?" and she started to head toward the kitchen.

But we were pretty irritated at this point - my husband had finished his meal. I ate mashed potatoes (thank God I did, or I would have had nothing to eat). We told her this just wasn't going to work - we had come for a meal TOGETHER, and something had to be done.

The manager came out. She was combative and rude. She said they had a party in the back that had made a reservation for 20, and 60 showed up. We told her that if they were too bustmy, they shoudn't have seated us. We asked her to comp the meal, because the idea for coming here was to eat TOGETHER. She kept interrupting me. She said "I can't go around comping everybody". She then said she would comp the chili or give it to me to go. She actually said "we don't make chili to order, you know."

If I had wanted takeout, I WOULD HAVE ORDERED TAKEOUT. We had been there for a meal TOGETHER, and we didn't get that. We told her we were thinking of walking on the tab, and she said "we all have choices." She told us this website, and said we could complain here.

We ultimately did pay the tab. But is this the kind of manager you hire? If so, it's no surprise that the service is slow, servers don't check on their tables, and the kitchen is in chaos. We frequent other locations, and this was our first (and last) visit here.

And I would normally not mention this. We were the only whie people there. Was that why she was so rude and combative? Or is she normally that way?

Update 10/2024: I tried this place again after numeral recommendations and it stays where I left it. Service was ATROCIOUS !!!! If you’re one of the people who don’t want a server coming to your table then this is the perfect place for you. We sat ourselves and things were going alright up until we ordered. It took forever to bring a salad, we ordered 2 meals and waited for 25 minutes before ordering an appetizer and even that salty inedible mess came out before my salad!! We couldn’t even cash out because our server was fooling around and chatting away in front of our face in the corner with his coworkers. When we finally got our food, my friend enjoyed his blackened salmon and my caeser salad with chicken was good, I was given the option for simple grilled or blackened chicken breast and I did simple grilled which the server did warn me they only use salt & pepper but when I said that chicken had no flavor.. not even garlic or onion powder, a little paprika. I took the lemon out of my water and seasoned my chicken with the salt & pepper at the table. I forgot the servers name but he was tall light brown skin with tattoos & my friend said he normally works at bar. When I say ZERO customer service skills. I wanted dessert & asked for a menu which we did get but waited another 15 minutes to tell him what we wanted, while we watched him chat with coworkers. We got visibly impatient enough for his coworker who was average height Lightskin with long locs to notice us & ask if everything was alright which we were fed up and just wanted to cash out, forget dessert we’ll find a place who wants to service us & take our money.

The place is actually nicely decorated once you get past entrance, walls are displaying art and there’s a small hidden gallery. Only reason I’m giving 2 stars is for art.

I’ll buy a hot dog at cart on the corner before I ever think of touching the door handle here !!!!

Original: I went on burger Monday and it was nice for take out , very very busy with people entering & exiting. I ordered at the kiosk and didn’t interact with anything up until I checked if my food was ready and service was decent. I got the vegan black burger and idk if it was completely vegan bc I noticed white sauce on it but the ingredients didn’t say the sandwich came with that white sauce. My food wasn’t cooked all the way and I didn’t want to eY the burger, I had to finish cooking it when I got home. 😭 I kept hearing about this place and I’m glad I tried it out but just thinking about the food from here makes my stomach queasy. I like the buns they used. My fries were good though, they were supposed to be crispy but they friend them soft.

Would NOT recommend for vegans but burger Monday deal was good

We've been to multiple BP's locations... the service here was terrible. We could not understand what the problem was. A host directed us to a table. A few other tables in our section had arrived just before us, and 2 parties after us. Everyone was waiting for 20+ minutes before a server came to only greet the newest table seated... Maybe she just finished a break? The waitress proceded to ignore all other tables and jibber jab loudly with one table. It could be she felt the eyes 👀 from every other table watching her, but she called over another waiter to help our table and a couple more. "Sorry for the wait, I'm not your server, but I'll get you started while she comes." Our waitress proceeded to avoid our tables and handed off any "duties" to different busers. Poor customer service with bad management or untrained staff.
