Hi Buttercream staff. I ordered a cake a few weekends ago. A 2 tier cake with two different flavors. I hosted a surprise party for my boyfriend. The cake was the part I was the most nervous about. When I saw the cake, I almost cried. It was beyond the most beautiful cake I had ever seen. It was beyond perfect and beyond what I was looking for. After I saw the cake, I immediately took a deep breath. When I saw it, I knew I made the right decision. I can’t thank the staff at buttercream enough. Seriously. My boyfriend loved it, and was amazed when he saw it. All of our guests loved it, and brought pieces home. We’ve multiple people from our party continue to ask us about the cake. The flavors were beyond delicious. Every person commented and was staring at their plates while eating this cake. It was perfect.

The cake was delicious and we were able to sample all of the options beforehand to combine the flavors that we enjoyed the most. We also ordered an assortment of desserts. We were offered a wide variety of options to choose so chocolate lovers and non-chocolate lovers (gasp!) had a few options to choose from. Would definitely work with them again in the future.
Oh my goodness that cake. That cake was phenomenal. We had no idea what flavor to choose and went with one of the popular choices, raspberry almond. Now I know why it was so popular! Buttercream Bakeshop nailed it! It was the most delicious cake I’ve ever had. It will be impossible to not eat the piece we saved in our freezer.

I really hate to leave this review because I heard so many great things before trying them, however my experience was not as I'd hoped. I ordered a birthday cake on Monday for a brunch the following Sunday. The ordering process was seamless, however the final product of what I received was less than satisfactory. As you can see from the pictures, the cake I received was not what I ordered. The color was completely off and a lot of the decor was either inaccurate or completely left off. To be fair, it tasted great, but I was completely disappointed with the presentation. I texted them with my complaint from the same number that I used to pick up the cake, but unfortunately there was no response. I felt like this was completely inconsiderate. Hopefully, this serves as a notice to Buttercream to be more consistent in presenting what is on their website more accurately.

I have always struggled to find a local bakery that would be able to bring my custom visions to life and Buttercream Bakeshop went above and beyond to exceed my expectations. For a recent birthday I requested an intricate cake with vintage piping and glitter cherries and the results were outstanding. The cake was definitely the star of the party - everyone was blown away by how great it looked. From start to finish the process of ordering the cake was easy and seamless. The buttercream is exceptional as well. Not greasy, not overly sweet, just delicious. The guests loved it! The customer service was also very good and delivery was exactly on time.
