Cute place. No wifi on the weekends kind of sucks. I dislike pretentious places like that. The fact that tables are laptop free (but allowed at the bar) isnt a bad idea though. I personally would be fine paying for a half hour of wifi to use a laptop at a table

We love the vibe of this place. The food is interesting and the staff is always friendly. We’ve had several brunch/lunch specials, steak and eggs, pancakes and the burger. We keep coming back for the burger. It’s delicious. The ketchup is unique.
The coffee omakose is one of the most incredible and special dining experiences i’ve had! The general manager is incredibly welcoming and knowledgeable and took us on a journey of how the different methods of coffee were made. The head chef gave us delicious food made straight from her heart and background. ? recommend and will definitely go back!

I finally got a chance to sit down at UNIDO and I’m so glad I did. They recently implemented a new rule where laptop/folks working have to sit at the bar which is amazing because I can actually enjoy my food and drink at a table! I truly think this is one of the best improvements they have made. The breakfast wrap was SO delicious. There is a crispy rice or crispness that was so so good. And the hot sauce is AMAZING! It was very busy so I had to wait a bit to order but the staff was friendly. They ran out of vanilla syrup so I substituted rosemary for my latte and it turned out to be delicious. It’s a great vibe inside if you can grab a seat. Can’t wait to come back!

I ordered the rosemary matcha latte. The flavors of the matcha and rosemary were very subtle, which led the drink to mostly just taste like milk. However, the ambience is nice and quiet, which renders it a great place to sit and read or get some work done.

Random and inconsistent WiFi policy. The rules here depend on the vibe at the time. I've been here more than 20 times and it's different every time. No wifi on weekends at the high top tables with literal plug-ins feels insane to me.Whoever built this Cafe expected people to plug in things at the high top given the plug-ins. This leads me to believe that the owner ended up not liking who is sitting at the high top which tends to be a lot of Howard students because newsflash IT IS BESIDE HOWARD.I am a young professional who lives around the corner and I think the new rules are just to keep Howard students out which is weird and feels racist. I try to come here to enjoy a cup of coffee and get a bit of work done on weekends because the cofee is good, but the rules are so hit or miss that I will just go to Tatte at this point. Very bad and sterile vibes at Unido. Staff are really nice but clearly being forced to enforce/police these policies. Who is this owner/manager??Coffee is good tho!

Came here with some friends and really enjoyed it!!! VERY good vanilla latte, good empanadas, but the burgers were surprisingly SOO good. Lovely ambiance and space as well. Only downside was that it was difficult to find a table for a little bit, but I will for sure be coming back to get more coffee and food for a lunch!

I purchased two whole bean bags and later, I wanted to exchange one of them for a different flavor. When I checked the original receipt, I noticed that they had added a tip for my whole bean bags without my consent, which was completely unacceptable!!! This felt dishonest, so I ended up returning it. THIS IS A FRAUD!!
