It's always difficult to get gnocchi right, but their sweet potato gnocchi was absolutely perfect and one of the best I've had. Also tried the mushroom soup, which was a smaller portion but delicious. The bread pudding was a bit too sweet (because of the apple sauce) and crispy for my liking, but not bad either.
And absolute gem of a restaurant! It is easy to see why this has been a neighborhood favorite for so many years; the service, food, and atmosphere were wonderful.
