I like this cafe. Despite having a couple of order mixups, they get the order correct, and what I receive is what I ordered. Fresh, delicious sushi (12 noon - 2pm).I really enjoy the Morning BLT on brioche ($0.50 extra, but well worth it) with light mayo. The buttery brioche bun helps it all stay together. Deliciousness!Not the cheapest (nor would I want it be) but the pricing is reasonable and spot on for this area.
I ordered a veggie quesadilla and it had some type of meat in it. Not going back!

Ick. I went here for Udon, but they said the guy who does that menu leaves at 2. It was 2:15, so I asked for a beef rice bowl instead. They cooked frozen steak sandwich cuts with no seasoning, put them over rice and some vegetables, and gave me a cup of plain soy sauce. Predictably, it tastes awful. Not worth the $10 I paid for it. I'll just go to the cute, authentic cafe a block down by the metro from now on. I won't be back to Cafe Grande.

Absolutely amazing! Got the turkey brie sandwich complete with sliced green apple and mustard. The turkey was thick, like carving turkey. Very generous size too.
