Cafe 12 is one of the few places that survived the pandemic. Michael is very friendly and provides excellent customer service. He makes the best sandwiches. He calls me baby and I call him Poppy. Go and show Cafe 12 some love. I promise you won't be disappointed.

Absolutely fantastic experience at this restaurant! The staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming, making you feel right at home. And let's talk about the food – delicious doesn't even begin to describe it! Their cheese steak sandwich is hands down the best I've ever had. I can't recommend this place enough.
Have been coming to Cafe Twelve for years and there is a reason for that. The food is excellent and I love the staff; Maykon (Mike) and Keilyn are very friendly and welcoming. In respects to the other reviews regarding their "limited menu/half empty shelves", this is because the surrounding Federal buildings are still at limited capacity due to the pandemic. The foot traffic in that area is nowhere near what it was pre-pandemic.

Overall great experience, fresh produce and freshly brewed coffee. Had a variety of sandwiches as well as breakfast options. Nice spot for a quick and good tasting meal. It has a very welcoming vibe and no one is rushing you if you need to get computer work done.
