Good food on the whole, but do *not* trust the seafood. The piece of blackened fish I was served was reeking and tasted of ammonia.

I wouldn't go back to this restaurant. Small portion, little protein, not the best food. Too overpriced for the small

Corn tortillas were stale and taco missing the enchilada sauce as described online. Rice and beans no flavor. Guacamole nasty.

Chipotle wannabe but at its worst. Small portions, no option to assemble your own burrito. And meh taste.

I had the classic bowl. It was kind of bland. But the waitstaff was nice. The store was clean, location convenient, and open later than most in the area.

I stumbled upon California tortilla while I was walking around DC. It is kind of hidden as it is in a food court and you have to take some stairs down to reach it. I have never heard of this chain and I wanted to try them out. They offer tex mex menu items. The line and order was quick and efficient. I decided to get a bowl and got an order of the Korean BBQ burrito. I got it with chicken and also featured rice, veggies, a Korean bbq sauce and Sriracha. It was a little spicy but it wasn't burn your mouth hot. Everything worked well together. I enjoyed the food and I would go back again.
