Good service and staff here! However the quality of my lox is always inconsistent at this location—Half of the time it’s made quite sloppy unfortunately and the everything bagel is over toasted and hardened💔.

However, *please* do more to enforce your no dogs policy. Today was the second time in a month that someone has ignored the sign and brought in a clearly non-service dog, with today’s being genuinely frightening as the dog was huge and very aggressive, straining at its leash and barking constantly at other customers. I was originally dining in but switched it to to go to get away from it. Staff need to be trained and supported to politely ask people who break this rule to leave these dogs outside.

One of the best bagel spots in DC! We had a great experience, and luckily we found a table that fit all of us even though we were a big group. I loved the variety of options on the menu and really appreciated the ability to customize our own bagels.
Here are my ratings:
• Big Turkey 8/10
• The Sun City (no bacon) 10/10
• Cinna-bun latte 6/10 (I couldn’t really taste the cinnamon)
• Hibiscus lime refresher 7/10
• White mocha latte 8/10
I’d definitely recommend this place! I also loved the interior, the color palette, and the seating layout, even though there weren’t that many seats available.

You can debate quality of bagels in any given city all day long. But when it comes to the versatility, creativity and straight-up deliciousness of their sandwich menu, they’re one of the best bagel chains to ever do it. I almost always order online at this location and have never had any problems with getting my order on time.
My dad doesn't like bagels or leftovers. It was so good and well-proportioned he ate half that day and the rest the next morning. It was THAT good!
