Good service and staff here! However the quality of my lox is always inconsistent at this location—Half of the time it’s made quite sloppy unfortunately and the everything bagel is over toasted and hardened💔.

However, *please* do more to enforce your no dogs policy. Today was the second time in a month that someone has ignored the sign and brought in a clearly non-service dog, with today’s being genuinely frightening as the dog was huge and very aggressive, straining at its leash and barking constantly at other customers. One of the best bagel spots in DC! We had a great experience, and luckily we found a table that fit all of us even though we were a big group. I loved the variety of options on the menu and really appreciated the ability to customize our own bagels.
