Fun idea to be a cafe-bank. I passed by once in SF and now here I am. And the bank staff are much more friendly than most of the baristas lol. Good job with the PR (I might consider opening an account one day :D ).
The verve coffee is on the fruity sweet side, interesting in cortado. Very third wave, but not too sour. Slightly larger than normal size.
Not sure if the 3 pm for 3 is real or not, but I really wanted to try the (expensive) cardamom ginger spice latte. It turns out that cardamom isn’t in powder but is the very syrup. I’m so grateful that the barista making it allowed me to have the syrup on the side XD. Curiosity satisfied and coziness still achieved.
Electricity and restroom available.
(Oh and I can also tell my parents I’m finally working in a bank)

Mikayla started my experience out outstandingly. The rest of the staff were equally phenomenal!
Safe, relaxing, and responsible in the community.
Head in and chat with Mikayla - there are so many benefits to this over a standard cafe!

ATMs don't work after hours despite having a card.
Came in for help with a banking issue, and Malik was absolutely wonderful. Pointed me in the right direction, helped me understand what the issue was, and was truly some of the best service I've ever received. Could not be more grateful for the help.
Slowest service I’ve ever seen at a cafe.. stopped in on a Sunday afternoon, not particularly busy, and it took 22 minutes from when we placed our order to when our drinks were finished.

The drinks were good but they didn’t have espresso that day. Some of the staff were friendly.
My first trip to a Capital One Cafe (November 26) was a tragedy to say the least. First off, there was an obnoxious guy (who is actually in my photo with the red shirt) who had his dirty shoes on the coffee table and speaking loudly on the phone. The security guard did nothing because he was homies with the guy. There was a guy changing clothes in there until the security guard finally approached him. And then my peace was further interrupted when an elder man had a seizure and rammed his BMW into the side of the cafe. Then we all had to be evacuated. This place is a complete disaster and circus 🎪😂

Terrible and slow coffee service. I struggle to think of more incompetent baristas failing at such a simple job.
