Nice spot located in the heart of Chinatown DC. Comfortable seating and staff is friendly. Great spot to people watch while having a coffee.

It is faster to take a plane, go to Brazil roast your coffee beans, brew them and drink it, than have a coffee here. For a drip coffee I waited more than 20 min. 4 people behind the counter just chatting and laughing.

I walked 45 minutes to a Capital One branch to deposit money using Apple Pay—not with a physical card—and was disappointed to find it doesn’t work there like at other banks such as Bank of America. Capital One’s “free” cards end up being very disappointing and mediocre. I stopped using their credit cards long ago because, honestly, they’re some of the worst. If you have bad credit and want to build it, maybe it’s an option, but that’s it. Their services don’t meet basic expectations. The cheap, free cards from Capital One just don’t deliver.
If you plan to deposit or withdraw money without a physical card, using just your phone like at any other bank, don’t waste your time coming to the branch—none of their three ATMs work.

I've been café hopping in hopes of securing a good facility where I can study, have access to WiFi, and recharge my electronics. It took me all this morning (LONG 5+ hours) until I finally came across Capital One Café. Perfect place to grab water or snacks, and do work. The ambience seems more geared towards a work/study atmosphere than a social café, but I actually love that. Bonus amenities for Capital One card owners. The staff is pleasant and amiable. This will be my go-to whenever I visit.

The matcha latte was very very sweet even with only 2 pumps of syrup. It didn’t taste like real matcha and milk- more like a sweet green drink. Nice space to rest, but not ideal for decent food.

Nice cafe open to all. If you're a Capital 1 member (eg credit/debit card) there are bonus discounts. Friendly staff.
The experience is good but the other capital one cafes made their drinks better than this one

They are running a promo where you get free drinks on Mondays for a few weeks. The chai latte I ordered was the worst watered down milk I've ever had in my life. If you are running a promo, this isn't how you win over customers.
Amazing customer service. Everyone here is incredibly helpful and polite.
