Food was pretty decent, but the customer service needs some work. I was given attitude when I used my free coffee coupon because I told them before I paid but not before I ordered. Not sure how I’m supposed to know every little thing when it’s my first time in there.

Could not be happier to find such a cozy spot to study and work at during the week. It is open to all, with the WiFi that works alright. It did not seem to work for my partner’s MacBook so keep that in mind if you don’t have Windows. It is incredible to have access to such common space with multiple couches and tables, I wish more banks would provide such services. FYI the common rooms are only available to those with Capital One cards. I took some hot ginger turmeric tea and my partner took a warm apple cider, and they were really good. They also had nice pastries, the cinnamon muffin tasted great. Will definitely be back!

I wandered into this café while walking on the main street of Georgetown. To be honest, I was trying to see if there was a special in person venture X credit card sign up bonus/offer. Unfortunately, they only had the standard rate.
However, one of the capital one liaisons named Leia, quickly greeted us at the door. She was extremely kind and asked if it was our first time here. When we said yes, she graciously offered to cover our drinks!! Much to our surprise!
In the café, there are multiple areas to sit and work. There are private rooms as well as ATMs.

I love this cafe! I just would not recommend their new spring menu, chocolate covered cherry mocha, as it tastes like baby spit up(?) something about those ingredients mixed together makes the taste and texture weird. But otherwise their regular items are superb!

Big shout out to Kimmy and Ceara today I absolutely loved my maple cinnamon latte, the best latte I’ve had in ages. I’ll be coming back also especially for the amazing customer service these ladies provided. Love it here!

This is a really cool concept for cafe lovers and Venture X card holders. The middle floor features a cafe. All of the other floors are great to do some work and people watch. My favorite floor was the top floor where you can even rent a room. The location was really clean and the seats were really comfy. I enjoyed my strawberry matcha drink and the fruit danish. If you present your Venture X card you do get half off food and drink. Definitely a great deal considering the prices in the area. The wait times can be long so do expect a wait on the weekends.
