Joke of an establishment. One time they ran out of hot chocolate, the other time they didn't have chai latte. Today they announced they only have small cups for hot drinks.
Well this is a coffee shop at the end of the day. What a shocker! Couldn't you forecast the demand in advance and keep everything stocked?
Also the ATMs have wireless card readers which won't accept Capital one's cards or anything else. I am seriously considering switching my bank and definitely never coming back here.

The least notable about this place is service. It took about 20 minutes of wait for 2 lattes to be made. There was only 1 barista making the drinks, and another taking orders. There also wasn’t much selection of pastries!

A cozy space for studying and spending time with friends. We visited on the day they give out free drink and cute tote bag gift. The service is awesome, staffs are friendly. The drinks was okay, a little water down but I assumed the baristas had a hardworking day so I was happy with it. Will come back and maybe apply for Capital One Bank for 50% off draft drink :3🫶

Darien was spectacular. I had an embarrassingly stupid question that he helped me resolve within minutes. He walked me through the process, explained to me all fees that could apply to my scenario, and made sure it was an entirely open and educational experience. I was just looking for a bank to stop at quickly and found a beautiful facility with incredibly helpful workers. I would ABSOLUTELY recommend!!!

Love this spot - Half off drinks, easy to ask questions about your Capital One cards, and the iced honey lavender latte was delicious. Parking isn’t ideal, but Georgetown is more of a walking neighborhood anyway!
