I was so grateful for Capital One Café - Anacostia because they provided lunches tonight which helped me because I didn't have lunch today. I'm a Federal Government employee caught up in the shutdown waiting to get paid AFTER GOING TO WORK for the last 43 straight days as an EXCEPTED employee. I came here for studying around 11 am, and staffs welcome me when I entered. I could focus on studying in the good environment. When I order Espresso, one of the staff pay for me. I don't expect to get the same service for the next time, but I spent great time here.
