My family and I visited DC to visit the museum of the Bible , Capitol bistro looked like it was the only place that offered a viriety near the museum , so we decided to try it , they have a small station that serves made to order omelets , they also have your typical options like eggs , sausage , bacon , and French toast , they have fruit and yogurt and well as oatmeal , plenty of options for tea and coffee and also pastries , it is your typical hotel breakfast plus a few other...
A bit on the pricey side, but they have all you can eat breakfast. It's also convenient if you're staying at the hotel. Our server and hosts were really friendly and attentive. We were a bit confused when we got there, but once you're seated, you are free to get up and get food. The server will help with drink options. Overall, it was a pretty great experience.
We ate here for breakfast on two of the days we were staying at this hotel. The staff is very friendly and attentive. The buffet had nice options and the waitress will take your custom omelet orders. There were things out of the buffet and the waitresses would immediately report it to the kitchen and then would update you when the food was brought out. What better service can you ask for then that! We also like that the orange juice and coffee was included in the buffet price...
