I always want to love this place but every time it leaves me wanting just a little more flavor from my sandwiches. The portion sizes and ingredients are great, but would love some more EVOO and Italian seasoning.
Nice to have in the neighborhood. The small size sandwich is definitely enough for two people who are moderately hungry. We got the eggplant parm and the new vodka sauce with chicken. My partner preferred one and I preferred the other so it worked out great! Seating is meh…a few metal stools which aren’t great for hanging around. Service is friendly but busy. They expressly say on the sign that good sandwiches take time and that’s correct and fine by me.
My office loves this place! We order regularly for our lunches, even our clients started to ask us where we get our sandwiches from. The biggest favorites are the California Cheesesteak, The Caprese, and the Capo's Cheesesteak. I recently decided to go with a spinach wrap instead of bread, and it did not disappoint at all!
