Walked in yesterday and there was an unpleasant guy working who said nothing to me when I walked in but immediately greeted a group of white students who came in right after me. I still purchased my cookie but I left feeling very upset. He should treat all customers with the same level of customer service.

I had such a great experience at Captain Cookie today! The cashier, Casey, was super friendly and welcoming from the moment I walked in. she was patient while I decided what to get and even gave me great recommendations. The service was quick, and my cookies came out fresh and delicious. Casey’s positive energy really made the visit even better definitely coming back soon!

Came for a late night double chocolate cookie ice cream sandwich. Got a double chocolate cookie ice cream sandwich. The lady who helped us was very sweet and friendly.
Employee never looked us, never said a word and so we stood there as she put away cookies for 4 minutes. We walked out.
Everyone has their preference in cookies, so if you like a softer cookie, then this is your place. The confetti and chocolate chip cookies were delish.
The ice cream is decent, but definitely the highlight is the cookies.

Daekwon the GM was great, when I walked it was just my son and I but slowly a line poured in and he knocked it out, getting everyone what they want. Thank you. I highly recommend and will be back.
