I used to love this place at the Wharf and miss it. The sales were better and so was the quality of the crabs. Now I only spend money here once maybe twice a year if the sale is worth it because most of the time they are not. The "sales" they call sales aren't sales. Is BOGO really a sale when they hike the price up $20 first? Not to me. And they hate when customers like me get hip and start questioning this because they're quick to delete the comments.
No way these are medium male! Normally very satisfied with my purchases at this establishment, but today... NOPE! 😡

Thoroughly enjoyed my experience today at Captains White. The difference for me was the manager, James And his exceptional customer service skills to make sure that his customers were satisfied with what they were receiving and the prices were equal to none I do recommend that you go out there, especially when they do buy one get one free .
