Captain White Seafood City

Not always a great experience when I arrive. I've experienced and been witness to very rude Staff/Employees that don't seem to k ow how to speak to the people in the area. Also, apparently everyone is a Manager when you are asking for one as well. It's NOT everyone; but, I stay clear of certain Employees/Staff when I actually do come to my area Captin Whites.

I visit Captain White's Labor Day and bought crab legs it was a mix-up but today I visited him and they made it right love the customer service

Got crabs yesterday but out of 3 dozen most were pretty empty and for 79 a dozen I wasn't happy. I gave 5 stars because this was my first bad experience with captain White's I've been a customer since the 90's always satisfied but yesterday's purchase was a 😞.

I enjoy myself every single time I go there

I pre ordered 2 dozen cooked medium crabs. Half of the crabs looked small and was placed on the bottom. I was very disappointed that they advertised the crabs as medium females. I got Half medium and half small . I traveled from Waldorf MD because I heard such great reviews on the quality seafood at this establishment. I'm not sure if I would make the trip again. Sometimes bargain prices isn't always better.

Captain I love you guys, great service and good food…. But this new phone system yall have placed has me thrown , no one answers anymore that’s actually crazy . I’ve been coming to you since a kid , there’s no way yall are making it so difficult now to support the business . Once again great quality food so Iguess that makes up for it 😭

Bought a bushel of steamed blue crabs to bring back home to NY for my family. The staff was very helpful on how to transport them. We enjoyed them very much. We steamed them and they were delicious and meaty. We bought large males and they were true to size. You couldn’t beat the pricing and value! Yes the parking was tough but we parked across the street without problem. The lines are long but move fast. Just proved to me how good a deal it was! I recommend ordering early and picking up order.

Love this place! They have the sweetest best tasting crabs! And their selection of fish and other seafood is abundant. A must visit for us once a week!

Today I preordered a half bushel of large females and they crabs are not true to size. They are more like small. I am totally disappointed and I feel like I wasted over $100

Honestly I love it here it’s usually very packed however the crabs are always soo good… anytime ived had a problem they corrected it with no problem!!! I’ve been buying crabs here since they were in Dc!!!

#1 Captain sea food is the BEST I’m from out of town and I was recommended to here for some fine tasty crabs and TJ was very helpful with his presentation and I recommend familiars freind to please come and enjoy themselves

Andres was great help he made me feel welcomed from start to finish. I WILL be back.
