Not always a great experience when I arrive. I've experienced and been witness to very rude Staff/Employees that don't seem to k ow how to speak to the people in the area. Also, apparently everyone is a Manager when you are asking for one as well. It's NOT everyone; but, I stay clear of certain Employees/Staff when I actually do come to my area Captin Whites.
Got crabs yesterday but out of 3 dozen most were pretty empty and for 79 a dozen I wasn't happy. I gave 5 stars because this was my first bad experience with captain White's I've been a customer since the 90's always satisfied but yesterday's purchase was a 😞.
Captain I love you guys, great service and good food…. But this new phone system yall have placed has me thrown , no one answers anymore that’s actually crazy . I’ve been coming to you since a kid , there’s no way yall are making it so difficult now to support the business . Once again great quality food so Iguess that makes up for it ðŸ˜
