I always order the #8 (Cooked Ham & Turkey w/ provolone cheese) everything with extra hot peppers (which aren’t hot at all more pickled), and oil and vinegar.
Pros: Opens at 9am Great subs Family friendly environment Cost efficient meal
Cons: Cash only No pickles ? Establishment is behind a bus zone (parking sucks)

Was working and asking questions but proceeded to rush me “why are you asking all these questions? I don’t have time for this” even though it was not busy. I bet the food tastes great but the initial rudeness made me not want to get food. Was an interested customer but not anymore :(
Today was my first time going into Stubbs by Carl and can I say it was the best sandwich I have ever had, I don’t like cold cuts but this was good bread was fresh and so much meat. Thank you Mr. Carl for making me feel comfortable when placing my order for the first time.

This was my first time visiting Carl Subbs, customer service was amazing . I brought a Turkey & Provolone Sandwich (#9) and my cousin ordered a Turkey Ham sandwich (8) by the time we picked our drinks , our sandwiches were ready. My cousin immediately dived into her sandwich when we got into the car . She really enjoyed her sandwich and had the itis immediately after LOL. Since, i was the driver . I had to wait until I reach my destination . The sandwich was plentiful, fresh and so delicious. I am definitely going back. For great quality sandwiches with drinks were 22 dollars( for 2 people) it was worth every penny, my cousin and I were happily full . Thank you Mr. Carl and staff ?

Have been going to SUBS for two decades. Healthy, meaty sandwiches made with fresh ingredients. Carl is the owner and is very friendly and professional. We wouldn't have it any other way.
Parking: Not good but you can usually beat the ticket by keeping an eye out the front window.
