Been to castas twice, both times have been great experiences however, I have two wishes that would make this place stellar. Number 1 being offering cuban espressos as opposed to standard single or double shots, number two would be to add more cheese to the cuban sandwiches. Don’t get me wrong the sandwich was great but had it had more melted cheese in the pocket and a little more mustard to help the meat retain moisture it would've been a 10/10!

Fransisco the waiter was very kind and attentive. Happy hour here was awesome and the mojitos were delicious. Recommend coming here and requesting Fransisco as a waiter!!!

I’ve been coming to Casta’s for years, but I recently had Francisco as a server and he made the experience even BETTER than it usually is. He was so incredibly kind, attentive, and DEFINITELY fun. We were planning to be here for one drink and ended up ordering a pitcher and appetizers just to hang out with him. Casta’s is undeniably a great place, especially as a Latina, but outside of the music, Francisco was definitely the highlight.
