The food and drinks were fantastic and remarkably priced for the quality. While not a cheap restaurant, one of the highest value dining experiences I've had in the DC area. My one and only complaint is that it was too loud. I struggled to hear both my server and my date. Other than that, a wonderful experience.
Have been to Amazonia and causa numerous times, however this time was wildly different. Service was not the best. But the biggest problem was the temperature. There were heaters above but nothing below and we were absolutely freezing. Our feet were absolutely ice by the end of the dinner. Super disappointing
We celebrated my 28th birthday at this restaurant and it was our first time trying Peruvian food. The dishes were great and very unique. This is an excellent place for elevating your taste buds and going on a cultural journey. Highly recommend it! The server was very friendly and also surprised me with complimentary gelato and candle on top! Thank you to the staff at Amazonia for a wonderful time.
