I visited this location on November 6th at 11 AM to pick up my online order. After noticing the poor quality of the rice, it was hard in some areas and mixed with soft rice and greens. I returned to the store with the full bowl.

The first associate informed me that only the manager could approve a remake. When I spoke with the manager, she seemed confused and dismissive, as if she had never heard of rice being poorly cooked. Due to the lack of understanding, I requested a refund, but the manager told me that she could not issue one and that I would need to request it online since the order was placed online.

Throughout the entire interaction, no employee greeted customers or apologized for the inconvenience. I did not initially ask for a refund, I only wanted the bowl remade but even that became an issue. As a manager, she should demonstrate professionalism and provide better customer service. It’s clear that her attitude influences the associates, and she either needs proper training or should be reconsidered for her position.

the food is always good, but they run out of ingredients fast at this location (especially if you order online you may show up with ingredients missing). They don’t start making your bowl until you arrive for pick up orders leading to long waits. Witnessed frequent altercations between staff and delivery drivers here.

The employees in here ruin the entire name for Cava. The attitudes in here are terrible! You would think in a neighborhood like this that the customer service would be some what decent. That IS NOT the case. I came on a Sunday and 11:45am and the business hours say they open at 10:45. The security officer said they won’t be open for another 2 hours. This is ridiculous. I’m not sure who’s managing this location but it’s a mess. Each time I come they all seem to not want to be there. I only come for its convenience but after today NOT anymore.
