Asked to use the PUBLIC bathroom, literally has a sign that says it is only for customer use, but was told it was an employee bathroom. I feel lied to and the food made me have to use the bathroom. This place should shut down or at least reviewed for customer service

Derrick, Henry, and Twani were a VIBE!! Excellent service, fantastic energy, and super tight ship being run. Very clean, the steak was fresh and the portions were HOOKED UP!

The service at this CAVA is honestly impeccable. I come here so often that I’m basically a regular, and the workers always remember me. It genuinely feels like seeing old friends every time I walk in. They’re always kind, welcoming, and make the experience even better. Definitely one of my favorite locations!
Countless times we've ordered, they've never remembered to correctly add doubled ingredients on delivery orders. The bowls are half full. They also forget to add the extra pitas. If you're getting a bowl delivered I'd switch locations.

Awful rude service, had to walk out after employee was impatient and threw my food! I love Cava food but after this experience and the fact that everyone saw it yet did nothing but let me walk out makes me never want to return!
