This is so long over due… I’ve been coming to this particular Cava for 2 years now and the staff are always friendly, kind and helpful. The food is amazing, otherwise I wouldn’t frequent it 2 years running. All of this combined makes it me and my friend’s favorite place to eat or get take out from. Couldn’t recommend it enough to people and a HUGE THANK YOU to all the staff that have been there and given me such amazing service over the years!

I was so rushed i was still ordering and they closed my plate while i was still trying to order and i said i wasnt done they opened the plate back with an attitude and again i wasnt even done sayin what i wanted they add it n closed the plate quick, i would understand if there was a big like but i was the only one in the store. This was my first time in this location and im honestly dissapointed.

I ordered through uber eats got my order and it was missing some things I called the store and the manager Volerie was very nice and polite and was willing to help me with a new order. I received my new order within 15 minutes and it was perfect hot and delicious. Thanks to the Manager Volerie. This is my favorite spot will order again and again. Your team and staff are on point. Keep up the excellent customer service.
