The food is good, portions are decent. The customer service is lacking. Seems to be a bunch of teenagers that would rather converse with each other than pay attention to the customers. I would return but i wouldn't go out of my way.

The portions are smaller than they used to be, the server was rude and had more conversation with the employee. I asked for a 4th item for the dips and she ignored me so I asked again and she said it would be three dollars and I declined the bag after paying and so she walked away with my food on the other side of the counter. The other server came to hand it to me and I asked for a receipt. The customer service and portions are not worth the $17 bowl.

Unfortunately I went here Tuesday and I had this man I don’t quite remember the full name but I know it was something of F he rushed my bowl and was screaming to his co worker when they was stocking on the line to hurry up and had a very nasty attitude with me he made these huffing and puffing noises when I asked him what dressing do he recommend if I could give him a zero I would. everyone else was very patient with me and had a very polite person nor I don’t think everyone in here is rude but they most do something with him.

I went to get lunch at Cava today. There was an extremely rude man holding the line up and being very rude to the staff. The staff handled him extremely well considering his lack of respect for everyone around him. The staff remained professional and did their best to move the line along. The food was excellent and the service was great. Will be back again
