The go to for a quick bite in Union Station. ALWAYS friendly people working there. Very considerate of ALL patrons and very careful about gluten allergies. Special shout out to Luis and TJ who made a cold dreary day a little brighter.

Great service and quick moving people out the line. Thanks fall the great healthy food, not a lot locations in Union station got what CAVA offers. All team members treat people nicely and efficiently. Kudos to Yesmeira and Luis for helping me getting my choices.

TJ and Martina were amazing! This was my first time at any Cava location and what a great entry experience and at Union Station, too. They helped me navigate the ordering process, graciously helped me with drink selection (loved the classic lemonade!) and the food is excellent. I will be back!
