This was my husband's and my second time here. The food was fresh and delicious. TJ had a friendly, enthusiastic attitude. Definitely will return when in the area again from Tampa.

Atmosphere - The very first CAVA I have patronized that was DIRTY... Although it was 1 hour before closing it was still unacceptable. Customer service was good but the cleanliness was horrible!

As far as these kinds of restaurants go, I’m not the biggest fan of any of their foods. But the service was swift and enjoyable. The atmosphere is pretty sweet, and The food here was better than Chipotle.

It was pretty good food, but my pita wrap was really wet on the outside too, and that made it really messy.

The food here is delicious. But I had a bad experience one of the times i went. That day, I was wearing a crop top and some jeans.
They said in spanish, “she is showing too much stomach”. And it made me feel very uncomfortable.
Besides that one experience, I definitely recommend coming here. It doesn’t get better than CAVA!

The space itself was fine—clean, modern, what you’d expect from CAVA. But the vibe at the counter was terrible.
This is nowhere near an inexpensive meal!
Let me be clear: the woman working the front had no business being in a customer-facing role. As soon as I walked in, she hit me with, “Let me know what you want now or if not it doesn’t matter to me.” wild. I went ahead and placed my order, confused by her tone, but the police officer who came in after me was so put off, he refused to order and asked to speak with management.
She eventually apologized, but the damage was done. If someone’s attitude is that off-putting, they shouldn’t be the first face anyone sees. Honestly, she shouldn’t be interacting with customers at all.
Food was solid, but when the service makes you feel unwelcome, it’s hard to enjoy the meal.
TLDR:
CAVA needs to reevaluate who they’ve got at the front. The employee’s attitude was inappropriate, and it wasn’t just me—an officer from the local precinct walked out and asked for her to be removed. If management doesn’t take this seriously, they’re going to lose business.

Best Cava in the city!
the manager Taionna and her team treated me the best. 10/10 customer service and energy. one of my favorite locations for sure.
