Charleys Cheesesteaks

The sandwich was genuinely awful. The food I received was the worst ever and I’m serious. There was nothing to the $9 sandwich. The workers both were annoyed they even had to work and the gentleman spent a lot of time in the bathroom and the walking around. I’m genuinely so confused how they thought this was okay. They put the sandwich like this open….so they knew what they were serving. Wildddddd

Super basic. I could probably make a more flavorful philly at home. Hardly any cheese on the ultimate fries, the boneless buffalo wings were Papa John style if you know what i mean. I dont want to be rude but i was not impressed at all. Which is a bummer because I spent $50. 🤷🏻‍♀️

The one in Monroe is the best. Always great food and great service. Definitely recommend and I will definitely be going back.

I will never order from this Charley’s again…. My steak look undercooked, they give you like 10 fries with your combo, and both of the drink I bought end up falling due to the cup holders having holes

I recently stopped by Charley’s Philly Steaks, tucked conveniently below the Spy Museum, and tried their boneless wings with teriyaki flavor. Absolutely loved it! The wings were perfectly cooked… It is juicy, tender, and coated in a sticky, sweet-savory teriyaki sauce that packed a ton of flavor. The portion was generous 🔥🔥🔥, and the service was quick and friendly, making it a great spot for a casual bite. If you’re in the area and craving something delicious, these wings are a must-try! I’ll definitely be back.

Really bad. The meat looks like it’s poor quality and strangely cooked, not caramelized. They don’t know how to cook onions properly. $20 for this is insane, I swear.

Bro literally could NOT stop sneezing all over the food he was preparing. Happened once and I was like, ain't NO WAY that just happened, so I just kept a closer eye on it. Happened like 6 more times. I just asked for a refund 🤷🏼‍♀️

People who serve customers are reluctantly caring, They are supposed to open at 10 but never open at that time they always open late, 10:15, 10:20, food is good but attention is terrible.

This was delivered to me today for lunch so disappointed it was suppose to be buffalo flavor I want my money back !!!!!! Corporate need to see this !!!!!!! I called two times to store no answer smh 🤦🏽‍♀️ I couldn’t eat my lunch
