The so called manager, a girl with very poor attitude, she was rude and very unprofesional, I usually don’t give reviews but this place deserves it. I know it’s Christmas day but really, you are getting paid to do a job. I would change staff because the other guy just said, “well she is the manager and we can’t do anything”

really negligent; they even forget to provide sauce and tissue paper. and there is no straw included with the drinks. How are you going to sip without using a straw? This is your first and last order; don't place another one.

My dad and I ordered our sandwiches and then when we got them, they had put mayo, lettuce, tomato, and pickles all over them even though we didn’t say we wanted them. I am disgusted by mayo and am hyper sensitive to wet food, so scraping it off was the worst experience I’ve had at Charley’s. Even after scraping it off, the sandwich still tasted different and it made it barely enjoyable. At every other Charley’s I’ve been to, they at least asked if I wanted the toppings. Just because you’re busy doesn’t mean you shouldn’t ask. This was the most disappointing Charley’s I’ve ever been to.

Also they forgot the onions on my dad’s sandwich.

Hello. I was not going to leave a review, but I saw the way this restaurant treats their paying customers and knew what had to be done. One week ago, FBI_Cat_ left a polite and generous review of your service. He should’ve given a worse review. The refreshments were more than lacking, and the review even more so. ‘Actually Coke sets the mixture. However, the bag in the box may have been almost empty.’ What does this mean? He reviewed the poor drink quality and you reply with this? Not only that, but you stated that you offered your ‘most sincerest’ apologies. Your drinks can’t pass a health inspection, and you can’t pass a grammar test. Yvonne Valery, your mother would be ashamed to see you treat a paying customer with this level of disrespect, not to mention the disgrace you are bestowing upon this establishment. I sincerely hope that this institution improves. ?

Cheesesteak and fries were pretty good. However, the soda not so much. It wasn’t fizzy, nor was it flavorful; it tasted like watered down syrup. Somewhat disappointed. It would be especially beneficial to this institution if they were to improve the quality of their refreshments. ?

Got here at 5:30 and the lady at the front said they are closed even tho the posted time says 6 and she's just sitting at the register texting on her phone

Service was quick. Food was meh. Got the bourbon steak, teryaki chicken, and peppercorn steak. No jalapeños or banana peppers on request. Small hair was found on 1 of 3 sandwiches. Fries are good. Would not

Charley's is OK if you want a cheesesteak in the area. They take a while, so it's always best to order ahead. I had the cheesesteak and cheese fries, food was not bad. Just don't go here if you are in a hurry.

I went here in January on a trip from North Dakota. It was the first and only time I have eaten at a Charleys and it was easily the best philly steak I have ever eaten in my life. The guy that took my order was very nice and reminded me of the recently deceased rapper Takeoff from the Migos, RIP, because of the way he looked and because of the way he was enjoying his job singing and dancing behind the register. I am writing this review because I am coming back soon and I cant stop thinking about it and I cannot wait to eat it again.The sandwich: I got the Bacon 3 Cheesesteak To start the steak on it was cooked to perfection and the flavor was immaculate, the bacon was such a perfect topping to the sandwich because it added that savory bacon flavor that everybody likes, the provolone was melted to absolute perfection on top of the meat, it was the best temperature not too hot or too cold and you could tell that it was fresh and melted in my mouth, the shredded cheddar was the same as the provolone, the lettuce was fresh and crunchy and added some nice freshness to the cheesesteak, I asked to keep the tomatoes off because I cant stand the taste of them and Takeoff made sure to let the cooks know to leave the tomatoes off the sandwich, the mayo was spread to such a precise coverage on the top of the bun, not too much in a bite but just the perfect amount, it covered all of the sandwich but did not drip mayo like rain, and the pickle was the best addition to the sandwich on the Earth.The fries: The food was so good I went there twice in two days, and the first day I threw my fries away because I did not know that they were under my sandwich, but the second time I knew where to look because my friend was smart enough to find the fries, but it did not matter that i lost them the first time because they were amazing the second time. They had the perfect amount of crispiness to fluffy on the inside ratio, salted perfectly, and they were the perfect size.The workers: The first day was when Takeoff was working, he made the experience so much better because he was dancing and rapping my order to the cook which was pretty cool the dancing movements also made me happier because it was funny. The cooks moved at a great pace, I almost didnt eat there because of the lengthy line it had but it took no longer than 10 minutes to get from the end of the line to getting my food. They worked so effieciently but so well at the same time. They deserve a raise if I am being quite honest, especially Takeoff.The drink: I got a strawberry lemonade and it was also great, it wasnt too sweet or too sour and it was a good temperature.When I come back I hope to see Takeoff still working there because he was great, if I see him I am getting a picture with him for sure.Thank you.
