Charleys Cheesesteaks

After walking 20 minutes wanting some good wings, my wife and I ordered from here. I got the 10 wing combo and my wife got the Philly cheesesteak combo. Somehow was charge $40???? But the worst part about it was the taste of the food. The chicken wings tasted “old” as if they had been sitting out for a few days and they didn’t even give us napkins. Poor customer service bad tasting food do not come here just go over to sbarro or panda west

The sandwich was genuinely awful. The food I received was the worst ever and I’m serious. There was nothing to the $9 sandwich. The workers both were annoyed they even had to work and the gentleman spent a lot of time in the bathroom and the walking around. I’m genuinely so confused how they thought this was okay. They put the sandwich like this open….so they knew what they were serving. Wildddddd

The worst location and I won’t be back! They literally are ripping people off! Charging damn near $20 for a combo just to get 10 fries?!?! I watch how they prepare people’s food too and that’s questionable. I’ve been to other locations and they give you your moneys worth and the service is much better but this location is horrible

While I like other Charleys locations, this location has poor service. They don’t even know the prices of items on their menu. I tried to order a turkey bacon club and the employee Alejandra V couldn’t tell me how much it cost. They also lie about product availability. My boyfriend ordered before me and ordered a milkshake and they told him they couldn’t make them. Two minutes later I ordered and saw another patron getting a milkshake. I tried to order one again and they allowed me. Customer service sucks. Avoid.

Not only did they mess up the order, but the food wasn't really that great. It also took a long time for our order.

Super basic. I could probably make a more flavorful philly at home. Hardly any cheese on the ultimate fries, the boneless buffalo wings were Papa John style if you know what i mean. I dont want to be rude but i was not impressed at all. Which is a bummer because I spent $50. 🤷🏻‍♀️

The one in Monroe is the best. Always great food and great service. Definitely recommend and I will definitely be going back.

I will never order from this Charley’s again…. My steak look undercooked, they give you like 10 fries with your combo, and both of the drink I bought end up falling due to the cup holders having holes
