Charleys Cheesesteaks

This place has never disappointed me over 3-4 visits at this specific location over 3 years. I’ve tried the one at I think Wheaton or something and Baltimore near Johns Hopkins and this place is always at least a 4/5 and the other locations really paled in comparison.

Comforting to see that a popular train station has reliable fast food. Fries are my favorite kind, crispy on the outside but super fluffy on the inside. Gourmet fries are also delish. Cheesesteaks (as someone who’s never been to Philly yet) seem pretty good at the price point too.

Amazing service. I ordered the California chicken for my kids and ask if they can cut it the same way they give it out for samples and they did without hesitation. I do appreciate that, thank you to the hard working employees there.

I could count how many pieces of steak

This was the WORST experience at the Union Station location, 1st it's ALL MEN ( Hispanic) their rude as hell, they have a smart mouth and their ALWAYS rushing you to order or pay. I damn near asked for a refund, all because I told him what I WANTED ON MY SANDWICH AND A CUP OF OLD BAY SEASONING. Had I been a men it would've went totally different. They need a whole new staff, ASAP! (SOME WOMEN) Especially if you can't understand what ppl are saying. This ruined my whole appetite.......

Kinda expected more for the price I paid. The steak bits were cooked well and juicy, but the sandwich didn't seem to be put together well.

Very speedy and very accurate to the order. Tasted great just thinking about it is making me hungry you know that feeling? It hits the spot

Long time Charley's fan. I've been eating here for 3 years during work and can say it is consistent. Staff are super friendly and welcoming to me and ask how I'm doing and how the food is whenever I come by. I recommend this spot if you need a large amount of food!

A place with good food, pitiful customer service, a lady named Marlene, with a very bad character, asked me to show her my phone number because according to her I had taken a photo of her. A very rude way to serve the customer. Respect to be respected.

One of the best options at Washington Union Station food fair. Service is fast and the food is full of flavor.
