This company scams consumers of points earned from purchases. At one point, I could enter the receipt barcode to get my points missed from the store because the scanner didn't work. No longer available. My last visit to Charlie's was today. I emailed the company and haven't received any response. No more of my $25, which is typical for a large meal. Also ridiculous.

I’ve visited this location a few times and both times the food was great! The gourmet fries with the nacho cheese is amazing! Just remember this is a train station and you will be approached by the homeless especially if you decide to eat in the food court.

I was moderately happy with the taste. I was extremely upset with the toppings (and lack thereof). I also wanted to do special requests and they don't have a spot for that. On top of which, when trying to reach them, no one answers the phone. I gave 2 stars because the taste and quality seem to be up to par, but everything else was bull.

Okay...this was the best beef cheesesteak I've had here. It had everything on it! Ordered online and delivered timely. Opened the package and viola! All I saw were vegetables! Looked to the other side and nothing but cheese and beef! Warmed it a bit and added hot sauce and ketchup to the fries. And the watermelon lemonade is delicious. Only drank half and going to chill the rest for later. I'm impressed by the sandwich...I saw a big pickle in the veggie mix too. Mayo dripping. Jalapeños falling out when I picked it up. I'm so glad I only ate half. I need a repeat experience later. Off today and ready for a Friday nap. Oh so I heard they're from Ohio too...so am I. No wonder

Extremely quickly made (especially if you are running for a train) and frankly just really tasty, takeout philly sandwiches. Tell them to skip the mayo though - unnecessary as sandwich is very moist anyway.
