Family & I did a drive thru order:checkers burgers, fish sandwich, large fries, suppose be to loaded fries,6 piece Mozzarella stick, larger Hi Cee punch (no ice) & lite ice tea which wasn't sweet. Team member redid the ice tea.

There’s a huge crowd of us waiting more than an hour for food orders in the cold at the outdoor window. The drive thru is moving a little faster, which isn’t even fair because at least they’re in warm cars. I had to argue and beg the employees just to receive the meal I paid for. I also paid through the Rallys/Checkers app and for some reason they thought that was a good reason not to make my food.

The food was good specifically the fries. I am pregnant right now so I am very particular about my fries. They were good! Thomas was a big help. I hope he is recognized for his hard work as he was working both drive thru and the front counter. We appreciate it! I came with my brother and sis and they enjoyed the food as well.

First time eating checkers. Fries were phenomenal as I expected since they were kinda slow at the time and cooking everything to order. The chicken bites were good. I had a lot of driving to do so I didn't get a burger.
