This Checkers was hard to get out of because it's location. Also, since I'm not familiar with the area no visible exit signs when leaving the drive through. Was very hard to hear the employee through the PA system at the drive through.

Drive through line was weird; was told to reverse and move out of lane, and then watched them take the order of another car in the lane i was just asked to move out off. 10/10 fries tho.

I placed an order just a single burger and waited for 15 minutes nothing They asked me for proof of purchase And nothing they can't help me Ridiculous wow the worst service We should close the store is crap or garbage 🗑️🗑️🗑️🗑️🗑️after 20 minutes finally a get the burger no sorry .no apologies

Didn’t even have any food. Went through the drive thru and waiting behind this lady as she order the entire menu. After they finally get her out the way I tell them my simple order with minor changes to the sandwich. Now I’m behind the lady as they services her and she gets her food and drive off. I get to the window and was never greeted. Stayed there as I watch the employee help people at the walk up window and take more orders in the drive thru. They kept coming to the window but never opened it to even ask for my card and check in with me. I’m really big on customer service and can be very patient if things are explained but to act like I wasn’t there yeah no you will not get my money.
