I've never had a bad meal or bad experience at Chez Billy. We had chicken liver mousse and steak frites. Both excellent. The mousse was perfect consistency and extremely satisfying. The steak was cooked exactly as we asked, the fries were crispy without being overdone, and salted perfectly. The service was excellent, our server was attentive, fun, playful and not overbearing in the least. Chez Billy has become our go to restaurant for our wedding anniversary, and I hope we have 50 more!

This absolutely lovely little modified townhouse in Georgetown is so perfect! It's decorated perfectly, seating is comfortable and it's not loud. Our service was top notch - Danielle was our server and she was terrific and very professional and personable. the food was delicious and prepared to perfection. We had no complaints about any part of our experience. It was a little disappointing that our daughter was not allowed to order a mocktail since one of the ingredients had enough alcohol that they required 21 y.o.

Our first time for lunch at Chez Billy Sud, and it was great. The room is so pretty with sun pouring in. It was on the quiet side, which was a treat (and so different from most restaurants, even at lunchtime). A very good playlist kept us company. Service was expert and friendly. The chilled corn soup was one of the best soups I've had. The steak frites was perfect, and a good value. The moules frites (we had a "frites" thing going on!) was delicious and different from what many restaurants offer with its broth of creme fraiche, pastis, fennel and tarragon and tender Maine mussels. The whole experience was "parfait".

Brunch was great. I liked the table next to the window at the front of the restaurant best. I would like to sit outside next time when the weather is nicer, less hot and humid. Food and staff were great.

Absolutely amazing dinner. Went out for a date night with my husband. Our waiter was so knowledgeable and so amazing and made the whole experience amazing. For appetizers we got the escargot, steak tartare and greek salad (seasonal). Everything was spectacular. Best salad I've ever had, steak tartare was so flavorful and my husband loved the escargot. For dinner we had the duck confit and scottish salmon. Amazing! We had creme brulee for dessert and was a great finish to the meal. Our waiter offered wine ideas to go with each part of the meal. This was our first time out after having a baby and the dinner made the start of the night magical. Will definitely be coming back.

Went to the walk in bar side called Au Vin! Food is the same menu and was very well done French Bistro fare! Service was outstanding! Our bartender from Hungry helped us with wine, and made the experience extraordinary! The atmosphere was of a dark moody bistro bar in Paris! Loved this place and so did my wife!
