I've never had a bad meal or bad experience at Chez Billy. We had chicken liver mousse and steak frites. Both excellent. The mousse was perfect consistency and extremely satisfying. The steak was cooked exactly as we asked, the fries were crispy without being overdone, and salted perfectly. This absolutely lovely little modified townhouse in Georgetown is so perfect! It's decorated perfectly, seating is comfortable and it's not loud. Our service was top notch - Danielle was our server and she was terrific and very professional and personable. the food was delicious and prepared to perfection.
