Most other ChickFilA’s constantly mess up your order but this one rarely does. My go to. Love this location.

Had an exceptional Chick-fil-A experience in Washington, DC. From the moment I walked in, the service was friendly, efficient, and genuinely customer-first.
What stood out:

Speed and Accuracy: My order was accurate and ready faster than expected, without sacrificing quality.

I live nearby and I want to like this Chick-fil-A because the food quality is consistently great. Unfortunately, the customer service is terrible. Orders are frequently incorrect, condiments are often missing, and it genuinely feels like no one checks the bag before handing it to the customer.
I’ve had to come back multiple times because items were wrong or missing, and now I’m forced to check everything before I even pull away from the drive-thru window. Even on a simple visit, basic things like enough napkins for multiple sandwiches or requested condiments (like jelly) aren’t included unless I ask again and again.
Today was especially frustrating because I placed a mobile order, waited in the drive-thru, confirmed at the speaker, and then got to the window only to be told they didn’t have my order. Instead of resolving it quickly, they wasted time questioning whether the order was even placed.
What makes it worse is the management. When I’ve brought issues up in the past, it feels like they’re just trying to brush you off rather than actually address the bigger problem. And by “fix the problem,” I don’t just mean correcting the order in the moment—I mean taking accountability and preventing it from happening again: offering something to make it right (like a coupon or free item when the mistake is repeated), improving training, and adjusting their process so orders are actually checked before they’re handed out.
Great food, but the accuracy and customer service need serious improvement.

I take my grandbaby here. She love the play area Her favorite is chicken nuggets. Only nuggets come with kids meal so I have to order a extra 5 nuggets for her.
She cried when I tell her Chic fil la not open on Sunday. I just SMH.

Thank you to Emani and team for a wonderful dining experience! 🌟 I dined in at this location for lunch and service was courteous and prompt, the dining area was clean and spacious, and my meal was exactly what I wanted!

This store always messes up orders. District Heights is my favorite store. I don’t even know why I stopped here.
I ordered a Spicy Deluxe sandwich, drove 30 minutes home, and found out they gave me a non-spicy sandwich. When I called to complain, the lady told me to bring it back. I explained that it would take me about 40 minutes to drive back, and I can’t do that. She then told me that if I couldn’t come today, I could freeze the sandwich and bring it back within 30 days for a refund, and that this was the only thing she could do for me. Oh my… I was so upset, how dare she say that? Is that a new policy for Chick-fil-A????
At least she could have advised me to contact customer service instead of telling me this nonsense about freezing the sandwich. It’s always a disappointment when ordering from this location.

I purchased two meals, two cookies, & two bags of chips. I used rewards for one bag of chips. I received zero bags of chips. Tried to call today to request at least my rewards points back, the woman dropped the call, said the manager was not free, & kept putting me on hold. I finally told her nevermind. I was calm & polite, but am unsatisfied with the service I received. I am a regular customer, & will use this experience as motivation to pause my visits. The location in District Heights is great.

My first time experiencing an abundance of salt on the food. Ordered from suggestion 3 PC tender and fries had to throw it away from so much salt.

The Spicy Southwest Salad is a nice salad, but AVOID purchasing it @ the Market St NE DC location. Today, I purchased the salad a 2nd (and last) time. They package the salads with “brown” soft wilted lettuce. Salad was missing red bell peppers and tortilla chips. There was very little American cheese (missing Monterey Jack). All ingredients were skimpy, except lots of days-old lettuce. Stay away!
