So I just left the drive-thru after ordering a chicken strip meal. I asked for two different sauces (I like to dip my fries in one and my strips in the other). When I pulled up to the window and received my order, I checked the bag and noticed I was only given one of each sauce. I asked if I could get one extra of each, and I was told they only give out two sauces per order.
I then asked if I could pay for two extra sauce packets, and the employee responded that they don’t allow that either, and informed me that I could purchase an 8oz bottle for $3 each. I went ahead and bought two bottles.
I really think the owner should consider allowing customers to purchase extra sauce packets instead of having to buy full bottles just for one meal. I don’t believe in wasting and wouldn’t ask for extras if I didn’t intend to use them all. Since I travel frequently for work and often eat on the road, I likely won’t be able to carry these bottles with me, so it feels wasteful.

I’ve been eating at Chick-fil-A for a very long time and I’ve never had a problem with the food or the service. I always get a sandwich fries and three Chick-fil-A sauce one sauce for my sandwich and two sauce from my fries but this Chick-fil-A only gives wouldn’t give me 3 and when I asked to pay for the other sauce they said no we only give out two if you want another one you have to get the big bottle which is ridiculous. The manager and employees response was very unprofessional never going back here y’all just lost a customer

They have an absurd restriction on sauces — you're only allowed two per order, even if you're willing to pay for more. Sounds crazy. Apparently, the district manager Allen came up with this policy. Very foolish

One star for the drive thru experience. This is one of the slowest chik-fil-a drive thru I’ve seen. I’d you’red expecting extra traffic, I recommend you put additional staff outside to take orders. Food is always great though.

I ordered through the app and picked the amount of sauces I wanted because I use x amount on the fries and x amount on my sandwich. The person behind the counter only gave me two and when I asked why he said that location only does 2 which is dumb because I've been to cfa from north to south and never heard of this. I litterally begged for more sauce and he refused and I had to leave with 2 when I routinely use 2 with my fries and 2 with my sandwich. I won't be visiting this location ever again.

I always try to give grace especially because I used to work at CFA but this location isn’t worth the money imo. Night staff is typically a lot better but day time service is always trash. I picked up the chicken nuggets to compare sizes and somehow the quality is never consistent. Even my fries are cooked too long…and this is multiple timesheets . They need to revamp management or something. If your food isn’t up to par, get a refund at this point.

I'm so mad I ordered a potato and a salad and they didn't give me the potato order I had to leave my house and make the claim then when I got back home I started eating my cobb salad and when I was halfway through I bit something and quickly felt a bad taste and when I spit it out I realized it was an insect that when you squeeze it it smells really bad it had a horrible taste in my mouth I will never buy there again
