The food is exactly as you'd expect from the other locations, the traffic flow pattern isn't great though, especially for pickup orders.
I don't really have a great proposal to fix the flow other than redesigning the space altogether.
Overall the staff is friendly, and it's a relatively quick place to grab a bite.

Today I visited a Chick-fil-A in DC, and I have to say it was the best branch I’ve been to! From the cashier to the server, the security staff, and even the cleanliness of the restroom—everything was excellent. The team was professional, polite, and welcoming. The place was spotless, and the service was fast and organized. Truly the best branch in DC. I really appreciate the effort they put into customer service. Highly recommended! 🙌🍴
