I’m very disappointed with this location, their customer service is terrible. Today I order ahead online for pick up for a faster service, when I got there, the person standing by the pick up station had no orders ready for customers, all the orders were in a cart at the cashier station, there was an African American lady named Zoe by the drink station serving orders to customers, then a African American woman approached to ask for her online order and Zoe rapidly went ahead to check the cart and gave her the order, then I went to ask her to check for my order and she gave me a negative eye contact and said “I can’t give you anything, you have to go by the pick up station and ask them for your order” she didn’t even bother to look in the cart for mine? Is it because I’m white? Well, I’m feeling discriminated. Such behavior should not be tolerated in chick-fil-a from what I heard.

Today I had the worse experience in at this location. Hadee attitude when I said where my drink he shrugged his shoulders and said I don’t know. You bring my food to the front and you don’t know where my drink is

This location is horrible, but I understand this is not the usual interaction you would have at a chick Fila. The service was subpar, my chicken sandwich seemed thrown together, dry, and almost cold. I am not Interested in the dining in experience, it wasn't very clean and there was a lot going on. I'll just drive to Riggs rd from now on.

This is about the Van Ness Chick-fil-A. In short, the service couldn't be any slower if they tried.I know they just opened, but it only seems to be getting worse, not better. The staff seems to want to be elsewhere. Which is where I'll eat from now on.

I waited 20 minutes for my food and i was still missing half my order when I got it. My brownies and cookies were STONE COLD and my fries were BURNT. This is the second time in a row that the service and food quality had been terrible. The service and quality of this location has declined. I dread coming here not due to how busy it is but the service is repulsive!!!a bunch of kids and young adults with the NASTIEST attitudes! Comparable to the worst McDonald employee!

The worse chick filet I've ever experienced. Not only was the food fried in raunchy grease that tasted like fish oil, but the condition of this location was unkept and not a place I would want my children, friends, or colleagues to frequent. Yuk! Do not eat in this place. The owner should have his restaurant franchise sold to someone with pride and dignity. Just because it’s in a low-income neighborhood doesn’t mean they don’t deserve as in Georgetown

Chick-fil-A is probably my favorite fast food restaurant. I love their chicken nuggets, waffle fries, breakfast biscuit sandwiches and the awesome Chick-fil-A sauce! The honey mustard sauce is pretty great too. I stopped in here in February to get my birthday freebie. I had a choice of one free dessert. That day I choose the chocolate fudge brownie. I got a side order of waffle fries with plenty of Chick-fil- A sauce. I took it to go for my drive out of DC. I didn't have a long wait only about 2 minutes. The restaurant was not busy as it was after lunchtime but before dinner. The fries were crispy and tasty. I like the medium size ones best. The fudge brownie had a nice fudgy chocolate flavor. The texture was chewy on top and soft in the middle. It was not quite perfect because I was not at home to microwave it a few of seconds to warm it up.
