This has to be the worst chick-fil-a in the country. The service is terrible, the food always comes out poorly cooked and soggy, and the interior is the least inviting restaurant in all of Tenleytown.

Worst CF franchise I have ever been to. 20 min chaotic pickup, no place to sit, no sauce. Last time I am here

All was well prepared and hot. Cashier was friendly and helpful. Fid not take too long. I wish all restaurants could learn to prepare food well and how to be nice to customers from the employees at chick fila! Great job y'all!

Ladies working there were very sweet to my toddler. They were polite and helpful. Wish there was more indoor seating.
Worst chick fil a I have ever been to. Nowhere to sit, packed with people and slow service

Did some errands and stopped to eat something to eat. When we walked in there was no one in line but people waiting on their food. Got in line to order and there was a trainee who took out order and he was very good. Then it started to get busy and a long line started to form. Ky took charge and communicated very well with her team. She did all with a calm demeanor and a smile on her face. When it came time to get get our food my husband accidentally knocked over his drink. Ky came to our rescue. Assured us that everything was fine and made sure we were OK. My husband felt really bad about spilling his drink that he offered to clean up but Ky reassured him and told him it was OK. Even though it got busy that kind smile never left her face.

Grabbed lunch while waiting for my kiddo at Georgetown Day School. The location is perfect, and there was a ton of foot traffic to lure customers into the restaurant. The store was clean, and there was a ton of cow balloons and lovely decor. The staff were jovial, professional and super quick with getting my order. I got a twelve count nugget meal with large waffle fries and a large lemonade. The food was delicious, fresh and hot. If you happen to be in the area and need a quick, convenient meal please consider Chick-fil-A. You won’t regret it, enjoy!

Walked in to pick up my order ahead mobile order and there were about 30 people waiting for orders. And they were just bringing them out at a snail's pace. This place barely functions. You're better off going a half hour out of your way to a different one.

I ordered two chicken, egg, and cheese biscuits, and one bacon, egg, and cheese biscuit through the app for takeout. I received only one chicken, egg, and cheese biscuit. But yet, two bacon, egg, and cheese biscuits. Not what I ordered or asked for.

The server at the pick up window was rude. A police officer told her that they needed a fork and instead of her just giving him the fork, she looked through his bag and told him the fork was under the salad. It would’ve just been easier to just give him a fork instead of holding up the pick up window line. Then when my name was called, I realized there wasn’t mayonnaise in the bag that I requested. Again, instead of her just giving it to me, she looked my bag too.

Definitely low on the scale by Chick fil a standards. Low volume location and they still managed to forget my hash browns from my meal. Only street parking so I didn't bother to go back. I eat a lot of chick fil a and have frequented some super high volume locations and they always get it right so I have higher expectations for a low volume store. Food quality was still good which was their saving grace.

I’m from Pittsburgh and was visiting family in DC. The young lady that took our order was very pleasant, patient, friendly and professional. But the young lady at the pick up window was rude and short with me when I mentioned I had two orders. After getting the 2nd order I asked for napkins and she handed me TWO and I said may I have a few more. She said and I quote “Girl bye” then handed me a few more. I then realized I didn’t have a fork, so I waited and asked a young man and he provided me with a fork. I also thanked them both in which neither reciprocated but the people behind me were thanked and told to have a nice day. I’m big on Customer service and at the moment I was ready to ask for my money back and go elsewhere but I decided not to. Maybe some of your employees need to be retrained!!! No one wants to feel like it’s a problem asking for napkins, condiments or utensils. I’ve been in the Customer service field for over 30 years and the way I was treated was unacceptable. I enjoy Chick fil a but will not go back to this location again. I’ll try a different location. The young lady that took my order was tall brown skinned African American and the rude young lady was a light skinned African American, if that helps.I don’t recall seeing name tags on either. Thank you!
