Chick-fil-A

Lack of customer respect. Pay the workers mkre to motivate them. My order was off the board when I got it. Why are the ice cubes NOT chick-fil-a ice cubes. Bad at milkshake and frosted lemonade orders.

The only thing I was a little bit taken aback by was finding a way into the building where Chick-fil-A is located.. It was the 4th of July holiday weekend and not many spots were open. Even Chick-fil-A closed early. I headed over from Georgetown University Hospital. The main doors were locked. Ugh. Anyway, all was well after I made my way into the building! I was happy Chick-fil-A was open, as the grab-and-go, options just weren't cutting it.

The food is as expected for CFA. However, they don't have the full menu which makes ordering for a group difficult. Sometimes the orders take forever to be prepared. The staff are friendly but some don't speak much English. That typically hasn't been a problem but it does mean sometimes if they call your name it can be hard to understand.

They have it worked out with GrubHub you HAVE to purchase via their kiosks and you cannot purchase at the counter. And you pay a premium on top of it.

So my normal $8 meal was $16. Then the staff was extremely rude, When asking for things. The only reason why this CFA is still around is because of lack of competition.

Friendly and helpful staff. Kiosks easy to use.

Arm and a leg for small portions no! Absolutely not!!

There are rats! I saw him running into the kitchen with my own eyes! There really are rats! Think about you eating a rat patty burger

so yummy and the service is great my only complaint is that there needs to be more places to sit but restaurant is small and they also have a standing area where people can eat when the tables are full, you do have to pay a couple cents if you want a cup of ice

Good food. Location isn't one you would go to unless you had some other activity in the area but the food is good. I'm not sure why some people on here trash the place for not giving them free food if it's not fast. This is DC-- there are crowds, waiting lines, and it takes a while anywhere to get food.

Staff were friendly. Sandwich was very tasty and hot.

Wheelchair accessibility: The entrance I used did require walking up about 7 steps. I didn't see a ramp, but the other side of the building (closer to Chick-fil-A) does have wheelchair accessibility.

terrible hours. closed all weekend and only open til 5 on weekdays? would have been nice to have a place to eat nearby while my daughter was in the hospital. I guess its hard to find help.

Over 20 minutes for a 2 sandwiches and fries. No apologies or offers. Employees ignore request for updates. Won't come back.
