It is in a train station it is also apparently a 3rd party location so your app and points are useless here. Spent $60 and get no rewards. Keep it simple, giving 5 stars just because the food and staff was friendly.

You have to manage your expectations for Union Station in general. I wish it was more obvious that this location was an express with different menu options. With that said Ms. Debbie is a breath of fresh air. A “Welcome”, “Good Morning” and a smiling face really go a long way and after an early morning hour plus commute in to DC, her warmth is very refreshing and appreciated. She also made sure everything was running smoothly behind her and in the kitchen all while being on a register.

Just got off Amtrak train. Decided to go to Chick-fil-A union station. Ordered a Cobb salad, honey mustard dressing, sweet tea. It was about 6:45 pm 1/15/25. There's nothing worse than driving all the way home, taking my order out the bag . The chicken on my salad was cold and dry. I was given the wrong salad dressing, no tomato on my salad. My first thought. I wish I could take it back. If I choose to come back to this location I will definitely check my order before I leave. Your establishment has to do better.

Staff was extremely rude on Tuesday 11-5-2024 at 9:20 a.m. specifically the older woman working the register. First time I ever had a bad experience at chick-fil-a. Definitely don't recommend this one.

Before 7 AM that was already a line and the women today were so professional and quick. Hannah especially was the sweetest cashier I’ve ever met, there was a long line behind me, but she took the time to ask me how my morning was and get my name for the order and didn’t rush through and also helped me when I wanted to change something after my food arrived. She and the other kind m, awesome ladies should be seen as exemplars!

Their own sauce is excellent, you can dress the chicken, but their nuggets are also good and the sauce around the potatoes is also very good.
There is a lady her name on badge was Yoshi, she is very disrespectful, I usually come to chik fil a for lunch and this is my 3rd time took me long for milkshake bcz she is forgetting, when I ask her then she is getting attitude, you can watch camera Video.

This location is kind of unusual. You can't order through the app, and they have a really limited menu (no cool wrap, no maple bacon chicken sandwich, no soup, etc). Maybe the owner of this location is trying to streamline things, but it's kind of a waste of space if you're not getting the full Chik Fil A experience. Also, the people behind the counter seem half asleep. Not anything like the positive customer service I've had at most other locations. They should take a page from the Cane's on the upper level in terms of the experience.

I ordered at this location and when I showed him the Chick-fil-A app to scan for rewards, he very rudely said this app doesn't work here. It was really unnecessary rudeness, he could have just nicely said the same thing. Chick-fil-A staff usually is very nice and friendly at other locations so it was a real shock for me. It was my first and last time here. I would avoid going back to the Chick-fil-A inside Union Station next time.
