For a place that is located in an Amtrak station you would think they would run it very smoothly and timely. Unfortunately not the case, front desk cashiers were amazing very happy and smiley. The man handing out the food was not. He kept messing up orders due to the kitchen also messing up orders. Then when he would mess up or take forever wouldn’t apologize and would just act like it’s the customers fault.. after waiting 15 minutes for food! Others were getting food before customers that had ordered before hand and had the same meals. Honestly sad.

I repeated 2 times I want market salad with NUGGETS. They still gave me the chicken breast and I hate breast. They also gave me the wrong sauce and spelled my name wrong ( I spelled slowly 2 times).

It is in a train station it is also apparently a 3rd party location so your app and points are useless here. Spent $60 and get no rewards. Keep it simple, giving 5 stars just because the food and staff was friendly.

You have to manage your expectations for Union Station in general. I wish it was more obvious that this location was an express with different menu options. With that said Ms. Debbie is a breath of fresh air. A “Welcome”, “Good Morning” and a smiling face really go a long way and after an early morning hour plus commute in to DC, her warmth is very refreshing and appreciated. She also made sure everything was running smoothly behind her and in the kitchen all while being on a register.
