It is in a train station it is also apparently a 3rd party location so your app and points are useless here. Spent $60 and get no rewards. Keep it simple, giving 5 stars just because the food and staff was friendly.

You have to manage your expectations for Union Station in general. I wish it was more obvious that this location was an express with different menu options. With that said Ms. Debbie is a breath of fresh air. A “Welcome”, “Good Morning” and a smiling face really go a long way and after an early morning hour plus commute in to DC, her warmth is very refreshing and appreciated. She also made sure everything was running smoothly behind her and in the kitchen all while being on a register.

Just got off Amtrak train. Decided to go to Chick-fil-A union station. Ordered a Cobb salad, honey mustard dressing, sweet tea. It was about 6:45 pm 1/15/25. There's nothing worse than driving all the way home, taking my order out the bag . The chicken on my salad was cold and dry. I was given the wrong salad dressing, no tomato on my salad. My first thought. I wish I could take it back. If I choose to come back to this location I will definitely check my order before I leave. Your establishment has to do better.
